  • that nigga name is tobi?

  • @yourpregnantmom8me yep lol we used to get on him in high school all the time.

  • I was just wondering... i look realtivly "big" now for what i used to be. when i started lifting i was 130 and 5'7 now im 155-160 and 5'8 and i look much much bigger. does that count as a big difference? i dont really beleive in turn-overs i guess that if some1 grows from skinny to huge its because he always had a pretty big bone-structure. i mean a REALL ectomorph like me with 6'7 wrists at 5'8 cant turn into huge 240 muscle-monster on most cases. right?

  • @muzimuzi you won't turn into some huge monster naturally, but if you fill out your genetic frame you WILL look better than most "huge monsters" out there who havent'.

  • @LowBudgetLeanMuscle hmm well looking at most ecto's im much bigger than them but a hard-working mesomorph will always be bigger than me. but not nesscrly more muscular

  • @LowBudgetLeanMuscle I am a pretty short about 5'4" and went from 129 to about 138 or so. I have been lifting for about 1.5 years but I'm kind of stuck. Despite the fact that I do equal workout times for cardio and lifting (roughly 45 min to an hour each each) (cardio is usually the stationary bike because I have cerebral palsy), I can't seem to get down to the 7-8% body fat for 6 pack abs. I have a fairly slow metabolism, I have never been an ectomorph. Always in the middle Any advice? thanks

  • @MaKaNa916 bro, first of i hope you know that 6-7% body fat is REALLY low, near contest weight, and it will be incredibly hard to maintain it once you get it. but if that's what you want then do as you please just be careful. second, for your body to get that low you will have to go on an extremely low carb diet, with most of your carbs consisting of mostly green leafy veggies especially broccoli and cauliflowers. losing fat is mostly what you're eating, then the exercises.

  • @LowBudgetLeanMuscle Thank you, yeah I've heard that the 6 pack thing is really hard to maintain, I will try and get my carbs from veggies then , my carbs now are probably too starchy. Since you say that the low body fat range may be a bit dangerous, I will make it a very gradual process. I will try to keep bulking first so that when I cut, it won't be as risky and it would look better, I will try to get up to 145-150 before I lean out to keep it safe. Thanks for the help

  • Hey, my stomach gets these crazy pains like I havent eaten in a week, sometimes its so bad it wakes me up while im sleeping and im eating a whole bunch of food, but my metabolism is CRAZY fast!

  • @MriBackup wow that's sum crazy shit. try eating slow digesting carbs (full of fiber) and cut off all your fast digesting carbs. this way your stomach will always have something to digest (considering you're eating every 3hrs of course)

  • @LowBudgetLeanMuscle ill try that

  • Im an ectomorph upper body and a mesomorph lower body :p

  • @MriBackup that would probably incline you're an endomorph =P

  • @muzimuzi naw cause i have a crazy metabolism, ill eat 3000+ calories and still loose weight, bulking is not possible for me, although I have seen some great gains in the past 4 months and the first time I ever benched was with 145..

  • @MriBackup im also the same case. so i eat 4k and dirnk a galon of water a day and i gain a little bit of weight every few weeks
