Melodicdeathmetal16, he has used a boss DS-1 for a long time. He mainly uses his satchurator distortion pedal nowadays as it's just simply such a versatile pedal.

Best thing about it is that it sounds fantastic, and is probably one of the cheapest on sale even for a non-signature pedal(you know how sometimes they cost ridiculous amounts if they're signiture models? Not Satch's stuff).

FannyEssen , Its a question of alot of things. first of all, do you have the discipline to perform a legato run down a dorian or phrygan dominant mode, and do you have a distortion that you can crank to 10 without static? and also, yes, if you leave your master volume on about two, XD well, you wont be getting a satch tone, will you?
