The song is a bit much for both of them. Their voices hadn't matured enough to take on a song with that kind of range. There were pitch problems on both sides. The boy couldn't hit the low notes, and the long notes were shaky. His breath support isn't nearly what it needs to be to be taking on songs like this one. They will be great if they keep working, but they aren't quite there, yet. It's not playback, though.

The little girl has a pretty, but clearly a child's voice. It will be interesting to see how she grows into it, and whether she learns to control tone and overcome pitchiness. Ludovico has some problems with pitch and staying in tune, but given his age, has enormous potential. I'll be watching for more from him.

Ok, I came in to watch this video because the title. Umm...he doesn't sound anything like Bocelli. He is great? YES! They both did an admirable job and I applaud them for tackling such a tough piece of music. But to say he sounds like Bocelli couldn't be farther from the truth. Bocelli is a talent that I don't think can be reached by any living human being. However, with that said, this young man has a talent and he is going to be UNBELIEVABLE as he ages.
