  • I discussed this issue (the sculpture on the floor) with the artist. His vision was to present the works as if they were in a landscape, something that you could stand-back from and walk up to slowly. I know that there are artists who delight in manipulating the viewer forcing them to kneel bend down climb stairs etc. I don't mention prices unless there's some explicit reason.

  • I hope nobody stumbles, what the gallery can not afford tables? Still a good video, What do these pieces sell for? I assume he is selling the stuff.

  • "The bad boy of the art world does it again"- LOL!

  • James, nice touch with the rockets, I enjoyed the not-so-simple austerity of those pieces, and BTW, when did you change your name, hahaha...

  • Refreshing-- the use of humble materials, unpretentious. The artist's response right on the money: "I'm not going back, I'm going on. It just happened, it's what came out. It was the next step." Thank you, James B. and K.

  • yes, I agree, very unpretentious, I actually enjoy the smaller grass roots Brooklyn, etc, scene more than the extravaganzas for that reason. I never saw this guy before and his work was really cool.
