XP700 isa crap! everything brakes down lil' by lil'! My best suggestion is to make an EV from scratch, even if it takes longer. There are plenty of decent gas pocket bike frames you can use. Buy a used Blata replica frame or similar and get the components you want. You can make an EV mostly out anything! just need batts, controller, motor, throttle and wires. Rest is RnD, but that's the fun part, figuring and putting it all together.
(12v,7ah x3) on a 30 amp 36v controller, stock 250watt motor. So yes, it will definitely go at the speed u see if u just add another battery and a 30 amp 36volt controller. I just installed a kelly controller: the kds36100 100 amp controller, a 400 watt motor with a magura throtlle on a different PR200 and now is like scary fast! Well over 28mph. My son is not ready for that one yet! Maybe next year.
