We drove from Arkansas to Canada at the Hard Rock cafe on their 'MARATHON' tour. I had been waiting since the early 80's to see them. Finally had to get mad and just drive out of the states to see them. Since, well the U.S. is all jacked up about what is good music. And SAGA is one of the BEST ever!!! Thanks for this... I actually thought it would be "Goodbye once upon a time" Which would be nice live!
I don't know why it wasn't released. I did get it from the band as a gift from them to us (members on their forum board at the time). I don't know who made it, but an ealier response from (allegdedly Jim Crichton's son) is that they did not make it. If there are any other details I guess I don't remember them. Sorry.
This video is OFFICIAL in so much that it was created by a staff member that management had hired at the time, BUT... it is UNOFFICIAL in that it was never released on any official DVD. It's nice that it did get released this way so that people can still enjoy it on a YouTube level.

When i hear this song,with so much Passion(IAN and Michael).....You can only remember the One`s......Ow`re loving One`s.......Thanx......The SAGA goes on.....
That was a very beautiful song. It sounded like the guitar was yawning a lyricless message of sorts that seems very important. The song reminds me of Pink Floyd somewhat, to be honest. Five stars.
Heh...one thing I can tell you is that Saga didn't actually make this video. (I'm the bass player's son :p) Showed this to my dad and he thought it was really cool. As for those of you that are sad about never seeing them live...they still tour! They're playing their anniversary tour in Puerto Rico this August. Btw, there's nothing like hearing this song live...it's amazing.

If so, why didn't they ever release this on one of their DVDs? Like the others on Silhouette...

i have enjoyed SAGA since the late70's early 80's.they are a very underated band.sad thig is i never saw them live.
