The BOX is like your own body, it's CPU (in the socket) is it's heart, and so on. When you look at what's on the screen in front of you, that's basically as if you'd be standing in front of someone talking and using body language.

You wouldn't be able to talk or use body language without your body, and the screen would be black without the "box".
