I'm about to go hard core Zelda nerd on you. First of all its not the "Zelda sword." sir, that is the blade of evil's bane. The Master Sword. Second off the sheild. (its name is the Hylian or the hyrulian sheild. its been called both) The red bird is wrong. take a look at its design and the one in the actual game. Nice try but you sir suck. I actually bought this set. the sword and sheild. there's not supposed to be any ridges and I dont think the master sword has "made in china" embedded on it.

@yugiohsuperfan100 Great tips: Look at Link models, then look up materials that look exactly like his, or almost, or even better for it (Linen for the pants and same for the shirt under the green tunic), and use coffee, dirt and MAYBE abit of fire for realistic stains, and a knife to make cuts, i don't know which link you would want to Cosplay, but if it's one that wears Chainmail, just use Alluminium for it, it's light, and chainmail is easy to make, hope that helped.

I would advise not getting the sword. the shield is really good, but (and this might have been a one time manufacturing defect) the handle of my sword literally fell to pieces (pommel is glued on and fell off, handle and guard don't fit well on the blade and shake back and forth) I'd advise sticking with the wooden master sword, which is higher quality and more legal.

Why do people always make replicas of the Hylian Shield in that shape? I mean all the details are pretty much right, but the shape is way off, just look at any in game pictures of Link holding the Hylian Shield and you can tell. They look cheap, and just more decorative if any thing. The handle on the sword looks cheap, the blade looks like it was stamped out steel not even forged. The paint jobs on all of them look kinda quickly done. Just yuck.

@360analbag Ebay has the best prices. But DO NOT GET THAT SWORD!!! I have it and the on of the wings broke very quickly. It broke when I leaned it against the wall for a minute. The Master swords you should get is FULL METAL including the hilt. the hilt is mostly gray and has no scabbard, but has an awesome plaque. If you want the blue or purple hilt, just take painters tape and tape the bottom of the blade and the gold ruby housing with the ruby in it. then paint.
