1st movie: Ok, everything is new. Good to watch.

2nd movie (Apocalypse): Raccoon City outbreak? Cool. But Alice stealing everyone's spotlights? Whatever, still ok to me.

3rd movie (Extinction): Alice got an army of clone??? Psychic power??? Tyrant with mind??? WTF IS THIS??? THAT'S IT!! I HAVE ENOUGH OF THESE CRAPS!!!

4th movie (Afterlife): I don't give a shit to watch anymore. But I heard they fucked Wesker up in this one.

Resident Evil and all sequals got world wide a good bunch of cinema visitors each movie earned profit while the budget was pretty low. So they will continue producing sequals untill people are fed up with them.

@MCwhiteywhitewhite Meh, look around, it's very mixed who finds which one better... I wasn't huge on afterlife, and the first is okay, but 2 is pretty bad-ass and 3 is by far my favorite... the trailer for RE5: Retributuion is looking pretty cool.

In the next film I hope to see:

@ZeRainb0w Okay, so, I'll give you the movie argument, but the game's stories haven't exactly gone down just yet. 4's "deformed spanish folk" were parasitic zombies, in an effort to create a scarier experience. You're not just fighting dead shambling shit or mutants, it's people with some semblance of intelligence barely left who want -you- dead of someone's will. And 4's parasites were integral to the mutation effects seen in 5. And Wesker survives bullshit regularly.

@sonic4sale I've been into to RE since I was 4. But I wasn't actually playing the games. My dad rolled into my house one day with RE2 and popped the disk into the PS1, and I just watched him played it.

@bluecatcinema ...if its the antivirus you're referring to, the impression was (to me, anyway) that Doc Isaacs used all of it (or at least three full vials of it) on himself in order to counteract the more potent T-Virus strain he got infected with when the last Crimson Head bit him...of course, as this video well shows, too much of the antivirus apparently results in a Tyrant, as Isaacs here plainly IS (despite never being called the T-words in the film directly). Of course, I could be wrong.
