  • Six foods that work for me:

    Shawarma

    Spagetti

    Ham

    Bacon

    Turkey

  • They say there is a lot of Mercury in Tuna

  • You know what helps him raise the bar that he doesn't admit?

    STEROIDS.

  • Brother I understand your way of thinking as a matter of fact I go through the same thing .I really can not understand how people eat junk food and processed food.

Keep it up and eat what you think is the right thing for you .

  • 21st century man is a waste of oxygen and matter!.

  • @MrBigdaddydigsdp But 21st Century Schitzoid Man is a great song!

  • They want to eat whatever they want.. But at the same time have the body that people envy.. Doesn't work that way...

  • Bodybuilders back in the day eat a high fat high protein low carb to no carb diet. They ate heavy whipping cream instead of milk. They'd eat their carbs in the morning and slightly more on workout days. Their bodies were amazing. Not like what see these today. This guy in the video is probably doing cell-tech.

  • Haha. This guy is a joke, man. I eat burgers, whole eggs, milk ( Not whole, but in low servings ) steak, chicken with skin, vegetables, etc etc. Guess this guy has heard of High Fat High protein Low carb.

  • @UIsTall Please tell us you competition history. How many national level bodybuilding titles have you won on your diet?

  • @mikepulcinella I wouldn't say, because bodybuilding competitions today are stupid. They ole you up. If you're non pro, natural, you're boring and skinny looking. If you're pro you have big bellies. Everything is so messed up today in bodybuilding. Yes, they ate high fat high protein low carb diets and had low waists. They also ate meat before the competition to fill them out. Meat has.....WHAT> WHAT? CREATINE! Yeah...They looked better back than today.

  • @UIsTall So let me see if I understand you. You are criticizing the 6 Foods diet and listing all of the foods that YOU eat, but you also have never tried to take you body to competition levels.

Well, that's what this clip is about. Preparing for competition.

So no matter what you think of the sport these days, your opinions about a competition diet are worthless until you have tried it yourself, and your post is yet another example of internet ignorance.

  • @UIsTall Good comeback!

  • @mikepulcinella The fact is I don't care. I go by my methods and have grown from them. I don't take steriods like your brother. I'd rather look like Reg Park and Steve Reeves than these idiots on stage with big insulin hgh stomachs. It's disgusting and not artful. I go by the classic methods of training, not modern.

  • @UIsTall Your opinions about the current state of bodybuilding are not pertinent to this discussion. The fact remains that you can not comment upon a competition diet and compare it to your "Steve Reeves" diet because they are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS.

That's my point. You eat burgers and whole eggs because your goals are different from a competitor. If you wanted to take your body to a higher level in bodybuilding you would find that you would have to cut those things out.

  • @mikepulcinella "The fact remains that you can not comment upon a competition diet and compare it to your "Steve Reeves" diet because they are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS."

Steve Reeves was an amazing nutritionist as well. He didn't do bbing for just,"competition," he did it for a more efficient and better body. Same for Reg Park who had much more mass than the guy in the film and never done a cycle AAS. Bulking and cutting are one of the most stupidest things in bodybuilding.

  • @mikepulcinella cont- You get fat one part of the year by filling yourself up with more fat and glycogen to pump out weights to a big number which isn't necessary at all. Eating brown-rice, sweet potatos, chicken breast and tuna ( which aren't bad meats ) in large quantities to bulk up is pointless. Guys like Vince Gironda didn't need such stupid things to build physiques. Carbs are suppose to be used for working out, not pigging out.

  • @UIsTall Stop talking. You don't understand the gist of the conversation. Go eat a burger.

  • @mikepulcinella Guess I won. You're such a loser.

  • @UIsTall You'll win when you apply your diet to winning a bodybuilding contest! LOL! Until then you are only a typist. One of a million internet know-it-alls who don't have the balls to put their superior knowledge to the test but feel perfectly comfortable telling everyone else what to do.

I will repeat because you obviously have cognitive difficulties...the "6 foods" is a diet to win national level bodybuilding contests.

  • @UIsTall Read it again...the "6 foods" is a diet to win national level bodybuilding contests. Your critique of the diet is valid ONLY IF you replace it with another diet that wins national level contests. I don't know how else to say it so that your limited mentality will understand.

When you announce your diet and then assert that you don't ever compete and care little for competitive bodybuilding, you compare apples to oranges! You basically PWN yourself, as the kids say these days!

  • @mikepulcinella Go ahead, write some more stuff that proves that you don't understand your own argument. This is fun! I love watching ignoramuses defend their ignorance.

  • @mikepulcinella Bitch shut the fck up. Noone gives a fck about you or your steriod ass brother. Fck you. Fck ya momma and everyone else f**king biatch! later

  • @UIsTall Ha haaaa! I got you to use profanity! Thanks for playing.

  • Comment removed

  • Haha this is how I feel all the time! Anyone having the same problems?:P

  • Damn. I am severe dissapoint that the 6 foods don't include beer. I do eat a lot of eggs, chicken, and brown rice though! :) Thanks for posting! :)

  • Comment removed

  • guess broccolli and other green vegetables are useless

  • @joshzarkin1 I know pro bodybuilders are on a whole other level with what they do, but I don't think I'd take out all the vegetables during a diet, personally. But hey, if it works for him, more power to Dave.

  • @DrMedicineManMD I think he just didn't count the vegetables, because from a bodybuilding standpoint they're mostly considered "filling", not food. Just my speculation though^^. I mean, it's fiber, no calories

  • @VanessaTexasGal That is correct. They are included, but don't "count".

  • he sounds like a man. good for him

  • typical broscience

  • To be truthful. Really its about balance.

  • @klevdav Not in the final weeks before a contest. If one is to achieve anything great in life one must, at times, devote everything to it.

  • He's overdoing it dow, how about wholewheat bread and pasta, nuts, cottage cheese, turkey, fish, lean beef or other lean meats. These WORK too.

  • HEY GUYS I AM A BRAZILIAN BBUILDER AND I PURCHESED THE TRILOGY OF RTB, I WILL TELL U WHAT, IT IS THE BEST FILM / DOCUMENTARY U CAN SEE SINCE PUMPING IRON !! I AM NOT KIDDING, BEST BUY EVER, U WILL NOT REGRET. MIKE AND DAVE PULCINELLA SHOW A REAL LIFE OF A BODYBUILDER

  • @MrNeyCarvalho Thank you sir!

    Mike

  • I love this movie, would be awsome if you did another video on a bodybuilder in that situation of his loved ones being against him. Alot of everday people can relate to that!

  • ahh goddd my familyz the same way 100per italia :]

  • what about milk??

  • i guess this man doesn't like fish and never eats a green vegetable

  • @joshzarkin1 How many comments are going to take this that literally? I'm sure he eats more than the 6 foods dude.

  • @TheMusclesmagee thank you!!!! lol!!

  • @joshzarkin1 I guess you didn't see the tuna they showed.

  • this mans on a mission, fuck all the haters.

  • what about the FISH???

  • HE IS GOOOD---so strong...he has a lot of willpower

  • You know what is super popular? Talk regarding tolerance. Let me type that again: "TALK regarding tolerance".

I don't think much of all this fuss about "harassment" but you know what I see there? Harassment. He's making a different set of choices than them, they find that threatening somehow, and so they simply set about harassing him.

Why work so hard? Just don't go to such family gatherings --they MAY get the picture, but I doubt it.

  • @blondecrazygaijin wrote off my family long time ago. talk about my interests to them, and get nothing but hate. i cut out the fat [the family] and when i call they act surprised i've not come around "lately".

  • I totally empathize with this dude and his frustration about the family/food issue. When I was competing in kickboxing and dieting to make weight before my fights I used to get all the annoying comments from my family all the time. Living means something else to people who have never been athletes than it does to people who are or have been athletes in the past. Anyway, I still eat pretty healthy and my family still make dumb ass comments about my diet.

  • Bodybuilders are not athletes. Athletes actually go out and are active almost all the time. Not going heavy for a little bit. They push their bodies literally past their limits.

  • @MrFuckingNicholson Bodybuilders do not push their bodies to the limits? Sir, you have absolutely no fucking idea what you are talking about. Also, this video is based off of outdated ideas. Eating only these foods is retarded. "Clean" foods are not recognized as "clean" by the body. The body recognizes macronutrients and micronutrients.

  • He means for him. I believe in lean steak too. But it doesn't work for everyone. Yeah tilapia, makeral, sardines, etc. But that gets confusing. keep it simple. 6 foods. done. amen. Ordinary people will never understand.

  • pretty much bullshit.. what about other types of fish? tilapia is better than tuna etc. good mindset tho

  • Those are the main foods for the foundation of a body builders body but you are limiting yourself to healthy essential fats, you are limiting yourself to fibers, you are limiting yourself to minerals and other vitamins for growth. Egg whites are limited to amino acids which are the building blocks for protein. Protein use is determined by the Net Nitrogen Utilization percentage! I've studied this stuff to it's extreme, so if anyone wants help with health or growth or diet. Holler anytime!

  • For anyone wondering, his vitamens and minerals don't need to come from any veggies. He prob gets them all from a few pills in the morning. Animal Pak is good for this sorta thing.

  • Great video about what its like when you eat with your family or other people that just can not understand what bodybuilding is about.Great Vid...

  • this guy has his head in the right place!!!! he knows wussup!!!!

  • family can be so annoying

  • wrong!

    Try a bloody steak!

Thats were the real power is at:

  • @1521joe He's not looking for power. He's a bodybuilder. Big difference.

  • @gatomjp

    power+size go hand in hand:

Without power, there can be no size:

Rare steak, whole eggs,Brazil nuts,Avacdo,Yams, that food right there will pack on the lean mass+size:

Cutting down your diet to just 6 foods will have consequences:

  • @1521joe Fantastic info! You obviously know what you are talking about. How many national level bodybuilding contests have you won?

  • @gatomjp

    Hi gato:

    First ill answer your question:

None, thats how many "Bodybuilding contest ive won: ill say it again, None:

Im a power lifter, Not a BB:

The best bodybuilders like Arnold started out as power lifters, that includes Mr Olympia Ronnie Coleman, and many others:

Yes, this guys diet will keep him lean, along with a steroid cycle, wich will maintain his current Mass:

However, what you should have done was Read my comment and have the Balls to realize when your told the truth

  • @1521joe Now some education for you.

If you had actually listened to what he was saying in the video you would have heard Dave say that this is a specific PRECONTEST diet to get as lean as possible.

I work closely with some of the top bodybuilders in the world. Whether or not Ronnie or others STARTED as powerlifters is immaterial in this context, in order to win BODYBUILDING contests they all would have had to eat some variation of this diet in the weeks preceding a show.

    That's the truth.

  • @1521joe BOOM! that just happened! Mike Pulcinella takin you to school! hahaha

  • @nickwehryh

maybe its time you l@@ked at your skinny body, and ask yourself when was the last time your strength went up:

    PROBABLY NEVER,:)

  • @1521joe I'm a filmmaker. Not a bodybuilder. I have no desire nor need to get big.

I actually need to stay lighter so that I can be agile on my feet when shooting video all day, so your insult is wasted on me.

Talk to me again when you're my age Mr. Powerlifter (50) and we'll see who is in better shape and who can walk up a flight of stairs without assistance. I know lifelong powerlifters. I've seen your future bro, and it ain't pretty.

  • @gatomjp

lol, a 50 year old cry baby.

A hanger on, someone who uploads dozens of BB vids, yet knows nothing about the subject matter, he is so obsessed by:

its a shame you didnt discover BB earlier, maybe 35 years earlier:

  • @1521joe In the meantime, you might want to consider that you don't know everything about everything.

Here's what you can do...train to win a bodybuilding contest using your powerlifter diet. Make a video diary of it, win a show, and prove me wrong! It's that simple.

Until you've actually done it or been in the presence of people who have been successful doing it, you don't know what you are talking about.

  • @gatomjp

Correct, i dont know everything about everything, i will be the first to admit it:

thats the diffrence between you and me:

I CAN ADMIT WHEN IM WRONG, AND CAN ACCEPT MY SHORTCOMINGS:

UNLIKE YOU, WHO THINKS EVERYONE IS OUT TO INSULT HIM AND PROVE HIM WRONG!

YOUR A 50 YEAR OLD BABY!, UNLIKE ME WHOS CAN DEADLIFT YOUR TRUCK!

  • @1521joe Are you actually melting down over this?? LOL! Lighten up! I"m just having some fun with you.

Every once in a while I like to expose the know-it-alls who trash talk on this video as if they know what they are talking about when they clearly don't.

You're just another in a long line of people who have a knowledge in one area and think it applies to everything. When you've spent as much time around bodybuilders as I have or have tried it yourself then you can talk. Prove me wrong.

  • @gatomjp

your just another in a long line of people who "WATCH/Film" other people in one area of a larger sport and thinks hes an expert on the subject:

Thats like me sitting at home watching a documentary on animal welfare, and all of a sudden think im vet!

ps, i dont care how many BB you have filmed, Ive spent the last 17 years training with these guys:

    Thats a BIG diffrence :

ps, your still a BIG Baby:

  • @1521joe Please list the winners you have trained with and the contests they've won using the powerlifter diet. My list includes David Pulcinella, Kai Greene, Victor Martinez, Craig Richardson, Jose Raymond, and Adela Garcia, among others. I have lived with them and worked with them. They tell me what is necessary to do what they do on many levels. Are you still going to insist that you, a powerlifter, know more about bodybuilding because you trained beside some wannabes in your gym?? LOL!

  • @gatomjp

are you actualy melting down over this??

    uahuhauha:))) Figures!

  • @1521joe Still waiting for some actual information from you. Back up your claims.

    Still waiting.

  • @gatomjp

Did i ever claim to have won any BB comps?

Did i ever claim to have trained with big BB names?

    No!

unlike you, who is "IN" with the bodybuilding elite:

And knows everything about the sport:

my 17 years of heavy training means nothing , compared to your Elite contacts and superior knowlege.

in fact, your superior to any other human that ever walked into a gym:

oh man, i should build a shrine in your honour, actualy ill build it right now, such is your greatness:

  • @1521joe You are right, 17 years of heavy training mens NOTHING in this context. That's what you refuse to understand. It's a completely different thing, but you are too full of yourself to be able to accept that.

You claimed you knew the diet that would create a contest ready bodybuilding physique. Now back up your claim. I'm waiting. I'm backing my opinions up with the information I have gotten from the many bodybuilding documentaries I have made.

    Your turn.

  • @gatomjp

i claimed to know the diet that would creat a contest ready physique?

when did i make that claim?, was it the same time i claimed to have won BB contest and claimed to have trained with the elite??

Dude, your melting all over the floor, i gotta get a mop, so ill be back with that diet that i "claimed" to have:

ps, your shrine is now built, funds and donations collected on your behalf, with all proceeds dedicated in your honour:, oh, i took a just enough for the mop!

  • @1521joe Quit with the adolescent internet crap and debate like a man.

So you admit you WEREN'T talking about creating a contest ready physique when you wrote..."Try a bloody steak! Thats were the real power is at."??

So what DID you mean by saying that in response to a video about preparing for a bodybuilding contest? I'm curious.

  • @gatomjp

Why dont you tell your BB elite about our conversation, tell them this youtube guy (1521joe) he comes onto this video with a crazy ass statement ( Bloody steak)

Ask them what did i mean, they will smile and know exactly what i mean:

and i does not matter if your cutting or bulking:

Ask them: it shouldnt be hard for someone so well connected, then my friend you will know:

Get back to me with thier answer, and not an answer you made up:

    caio

  • @1521joe I have sat down and eaten dinner with Kai Green and Victor Martinez during a prep and neither of them would touch a steak in the final weeks.

I have interviewed many other successful competitive bodybuilders about this topic including Craig Richardson who recently won the Toronto Pro and Jon Delarosa who just turned pro and both of them stick to chicken and fish during a stage prep. In one of my recent videos I actually show Delarosa cooking his fish and saying how sick he was of it.

  • @gatomjp

Once againg im being accused of something here, its as if i claimed thier methods were wrong:

Were did i claim thier methods are wrong? Were?

you can get to single digit fat levels using carbs, many BBs use this method, along with many others

the point im making is that there are several ways to do the same thing, just because this method is used here, does not mean its the only valid method, You will also find that a Rare steak will hold onto muscle much better than fish!

  • @1521joe In a recent interview Jay Cutler mentioned his strict fish diet before the Olympia. All of this has been documented countless times by me and others.

I fear you may not be smart enough for this conversation. Rarely have I seem someone have his ass handed to him as thoroughly as I have to you and insist on defending his ignorance without one single piece of verifiable information to back it up.

Still want to keep going? Because I am fascinated by people like you.

  • @gatomjp

yeah, cutler eats fish+green veg to cut the fat from his body, the muscle during this diet phase is maintained by steroids: Think im wrong, then you dont know shit!

  • @1521joe "Rare steak will hold onto muscle much better than fish". That is true, but it will not win you bodybuilding contests. What about that can't you understand?

Go back to Debating 101 because without either personal or anecdotal evidence you lose this one.

  • @gatomjp

Go back to watching people train, thats all your good at Watching!

  • @1521joe Nice comeback.

  • @gatomjp

you prob still live with your Mom, like a big baby:

you dont know shit about this sport:

if you and i were lined up in front of 100 trainees, and they asked those trainees to pick thier instructor, you wouldnt get a single vote: Your physique is your credibility, and buddy you aint got jack!

  • @1521joe Lighten up, Francis.

  • @gatomjp

    yeah, the truth hurts:

    cya

  • @1521joe It's very simple, when you train yourself or someone else to win a national level bodybuilding competition then you can talk. Until then it's just hot air. Again, we're talking about competitive BODYBUILDING, not powerlifting.

I challenge you again. Show me. Do it your way. Prove me wrong.

Dave Pulcinella, the guy in the video, has trained himself and countless other winners for 25 years. I have spoken personally with Olympia athletes who confirm his methods.

    You have...what?

  • @gatomjp

im not trying to prove you wrong, im not saying this method isnt valid.

indeed this method is valid , i have tried it, it works

but, there are other methods with equal validity and effectivness:

Thats all ive been saying from the start,

You keep accusing me of stuff? Maybe if you had the capacity you could actualy keep up:

Maybe if you actualy lifted weights you would know exactly what i was saying:

never mind, its obvious your a little retarded:

  • @1521joe More 6th grade insults? It figures.

"there are other methods with equal validity and effectivness"

Prove it with results. List your winners.

I call your bluff with every post and yet you continue to defend your ignorance. LOL! This is fascinating! Wanna keep going?

  • @gatomjp

    my winners?

didnt you know, everyone in comparisson to you is a Loser

    You are the big winner

Congrats to the Winner"clap" "Clap" "clap"

    lesser mortals need not apply!

    cya around, BIG WINNER!

BEWARE ALL LOSERS, "QATOMIP IS COMMING TO A GYM NEAR YOU"

  • @1521joe How interesting! So you have ZERO personal experience with a topic that you are willing to spend three days arguing about!

We could spend 300 days arguing about it but the real truth is that beef works for some and not for others. You won't know if it works for you until you do a bodybuilding show.

The real reason I pushed you so hard is because I am a student of human nature. That's what I do, I'm a documentary filmmaker. I am fascinated in particular with BELIEF.

  • @gatomjp

    yawn!

    zzzzzzzzz

  • @1521joe Too bad. I could have made you famous if you just had the guts to stand behind your convictions. Let me know if you change your mind.

  • @1521joe In this case it is you belief in this bodybuilding paradigm that interests me. If you have never actually tested the 'beef theory' the question then becomes WHY do you believe it so strongly?

You accuse me of being only a "watcher", and it's a fair criticism. But you are even further removed from the source of the information, that is, top level bodybuilders and yet again you are SO SURE of yourself even though you have never even once put what you've heard to the test.

  • @1521joe Where do you live? I want to interview you for a new documentary idea that I have about faith and belief. I'd like to understand where your conviction comes from and I'd like to document as we put it to the test. You and a few of your friends get ready for a bodybuilding show and I will follow your progress to the stage.

Utilize whatever methods you desire and I will present the results clearly and without bias.

What do you say? Are you willing to put your belief to the test?

  • @gatomjp

oh, i forgot, Did i mention the power is in the Steak!

more secret information will require a direct debit of vast sums of money from your account, To Mine :)

    caio :)

  • @gatomjp It never ceases to amaze how woefully people lack humility in online dialogues. 1521joe has no regard for your life work, for the fact that you've rubbed elbows with actual bodybuilder superstars, that this is a lived reality for you and not an armchair theory. The internet is becoming a platform for people to be disrespectful of genuine knowledge and the people who possess it. It's leveling things in a way that does harm to the furtherance of education. Very sad.

  • @apologeticacattolica Thanks. The internet has given us the misleading notion that everyone's opinion counts. Sometimes people are just wrong.

  • @1521joe wow dude. it was a joke. but to answer that, actually im a competitive bodybuilder. and i actually just set a pr and the gym earlier today. but good try

  • @nickwehryh

Wow dude, i was also joking, but you still need to Man-Up!

    Capisch:

  • great video, this guy is an animal haha total respect

  • I watched this video almost 2 years ago when I was getting serious about weight lifting. Ever since I've done my best to eat the 6 foods Dave mentions - along with 2 or 3 others such as beef, mixed berries, and broccoli. And yes, I'm ripped. Thanks Dave.

  • He's not exactly right, there are a few more than six. When your on a budget, tuna is the way to go, but don't forget, flounder, tilapia, turkey...the list goes on.

  • I definitely know exactly where he's coming from I live in an Italian household and its hell eating my food around them

  • @chickensodelicious LOL,an Italian household, damn, some italians kicked me out they house before cause i would'nt eat their food,i had already eaten a big meal and was full,i cant hang out with ya'll no more.LOL

  • Dave might overlook this but being Italian likely has something to do with their criticisms. Mangione/Pulcinella; so much about being Italian is the food. My family rolls their eyes with my chx and rice too. Sometimes I think it is jealousy. 99.9% of America wants his physique but don't have the drive and determination it takes to be a bodybuilder.

  • I get this everytime I pull out my tuperware container of chicken and rice. Haters gonna hate. Fuck em, I'm on a quest for greatness.

  • And then these fucks wonder why they're fat as shit..

U see them at the gym huffin and puffin on the eliptical or the treadmill...

Great video... These 6 foods should be the staple for leaning down the right way..

And not get skinny.. But get RIPPED!

  • @01269870714 i'm dealing with exactly the same problem since i started bodybuilding (as a hobby) and trying to eat right. it's like everyone are trying to put sticks in your weels. they are just ignorant of the reasons the diet has to be strict

  • Doesn't Mike eat any greens?

  • This guy has the correct mindset, if this guy doesn't take steroids or any harmful supplements like growth hormones etc. He'll live longer then anyone in his family. Always remember "you don't live to eat but eat to live"

  • Rubbish, the six foods that work are: Sustanon, Dianobol, Anadrol, Deca-Durabolin, Oxandrolone and Testosteron propionate. Oh, and testosterone propionate is interchangeable with testosterone suspension. So six or seven foods. Just my 0pinion.

  • @coolseeker

    uahuhauhuha:)

You forgot Trenbolon, affectiantly known as Tren:

Tren, winny, and Equipoise stack well together, for that ripped summer look:

  • @coolseeker Sustanon, Dianobol, Anadrol, Deca-Durabolin, Oxandrolone and Testosterone propionate are steroid hormones, not food. But nice try.

  • @PreservingBirth No shit lol

  • What is about buckwheat? And what food did he mention the seventh?? I do not understand english ryming speach very well.

  • he aint lying. my home boy put me on a stricked egg white and tuna diet and i got some realy good gains in the past month.

  • I disagree. The six foods that work are: French fries, donuts, chips, ice cream, candy (all kinds) and cake. Oh, and cake and Twinkies are interchangeable. However, that's it! I'm kidding of course...

  • DUDE I EAT CHICKEN EVERYDAY AND MY FAMILY ARE GETTING ANOYYED. I CAN DO IT MY OWN BUT THEYRE GETTING ALL OVER ME...WHY CANT THEY UNDERSTAND?

  • Check outwww.nutrubox.com.. Each month they have a variety of high end nutrition products and supplements they can fit into your daily routine and make you a healthier you!

  • lol it was really funny when he was like NO I DONT WANT BUTTER OR SOUR CREAM OR BROWN SUGAR DAD!! oh yea and potinit your a fucking arrogant bastard who just automatically says STEROIDS because you'd never be willing to put in the amount of work it takes to look like that

  • SOME PEOPLE JUST DONT UNDERSTAND BODYBUILDING AND WHAT GOES INTO IT

  • enjoying life might be eating to one person and having a great body to another. Someone without true dedication just will not understand, they think the sacrifices are TOO extreme. Very few people could even comprehend this lifestyle. I think they are missing out.

  • HE FORGOT TO MENTION STEROIDS.LOL

  • Is he related to Steve Pulcinella?

  • @ksiegowyaz They are cousins.

  • I feel for the guy, when you're trying to be something other than ordinary, it can be lonely...

  • Quite the contrary, but I'll spare you the lifeless details. Discipline I have and resistance I can handle. But deprivation is not a good idea. A reward here and there should keep you sane, albeit even a small portion.

  • Sounds like a Tyra Banks diet. Seriously not going to try a piece of that scrumptious cake? Like it's really going to make anything of a dent to your metabolism? Shit you'd vaporize that instantly.

  • @caldridge4848 That's the difference between someone with discipline and you. They want to be the best they can be, and you don't give a shit.

  • i delt with this same stuff. and hes write about how people judge you.

but the foods that work.. for you dont work for other people. i know bodybuilders who eat lasagna 2 weeks out before a show , and pizza and are way more ripped then any one this guy has trained. so for any one to say 6 foods that work .. is bullshit , and should not be taken serisouly you have a lot to learn.. its pompus and arogant to think that.

  • @djcire1 He's only speaking for himself. He's not telling you what to do. He's describing how HE gets ready for a show. That's all.

  • @gatomjp Yeah, you're right. Everyone's body is different and reacts and is affected differently than others. Some people are just silly.

  • @djcire1 Lasagna and Pizza definitely do not work , Its god given genes that allow some people to eat whatever they want and be ripped. These 6 foods definitely work when training for a show for anyone but you cant say the same about Pizza and lasagna.

  • @djcire1 i agree with you. i dont believe theres only 6 foods. I dieted down for 4 months using only wheat bread for my carbs and was shredded at 203 dieting down from 255. Needless to say i bulked too hard for too long but i agree.

  • @djcire1 actually what he says should be taken seriously because those foods do work for "most" people. of course you have the small percent of genetic freaks who can cheat a lot more on their diets and their bodies just take care of it, but you cant deny that for the vast majority, those 6 foods are very important for lean muscle.

  • @djcire1 Eat lasagna and pizza 2 weeks out? Man, get you and your loser buddies outta here. You CLEARLY don't know shit about bodybuilding. Explains why they won't ever win a show, fucking tune heads.

  • @7drift0king2 weve already won npc shows big shows, in middle weight, heavy weight light weight, light heavy divisions. , and have people in nationals. so moron, why dont you do some research. chicken and oatmele is old news and doesnt work for every one. some people need more calories, including foods like pizza, and pasta, because of how clean they eat how hard they work out .. but who am i, right only a npc national level bodybuilder, only national powerlifter.

  • Picture a late night birthday party with cake and ice cream...someone says to me, come on eat some. They eat, I don't...Later on the couch the same person that said eat some is patting his plump belly and says, "oh maybe I should go on a diet". I then touch my flat belly and as I walk to my car I am smiling because of my firm resolve and commitment. Food is for life not life is for food. Eat for your health needs not emotional or other needs.

  • Yo Raise the bar higher, don't let others drag you down!!!

  • it is sad the family is not more supportive of what is so important to him.

  • I went through seven weeks diet to get ready for show, and I know how it felt, I am glad that my family really supported me.. It mean alot when people around u understands...

  • Wanna know why humans ought to have a body fat percentage between 3 and 5%? (women 10 tot 12%)

The raw vegan diet can’t make you gain weight no matter how much you eat, or inactive you might be. Only burn fat and maintain or build muscle.

Go to my site, to profile, on the left side and find out.

Watch Don Tolman for starters or raw vegan bodybuilder

I’m not selling anything. Not now, not ever!! Only wanna spread the word of the revolution that is coming. The revolution of self care

  • Annoying family. They should respect his choises instead of making fun of his choises. It's not as if he is harming anyone.

  • He is on steroids right? I'm a teen whose getting into working out and I want to know what I can expect my body to look like in 10 years. I do not plan on using anything but protein powder and creatine in the future.

Right now I'm fat and loosing weight and I understand what he is saying because when I go out with friends I'm forced to eat crap (fast food) and I end up regretting it afterwards. I shouldn't listen to others and I should do what I think is right

  • @person1500 Just because he is big, doesn't mean he is on steroids. But it is very likely he is lol. And your body will look however you make it look. Eat right, sleep right, lift right. And it will look good. You don't need creatine, so don't let the dumb ass kids at your school convince you, it's pointless.

Eat what you want, do not listen to your friends. Will power will get you over the mountain, giving into the pressures will only make you fall. Good luck with your goals brother.

  • I feel you pain people just dont understand our life.

  • IIFYM FTW!!!!

  • tormenting the guy is poor , i experience this in my own house , people eating junk and im tryin to eat tuna salad , the temptations is always there but thats the difference between winners and losers , good for you mate.

  • I know exactly where this guy coming from, my old friends drink and smoke their way happiness and that was good for them but as soon as I bust out the protein all hell breaks loose and I never heard the end of it, sorry but I prefer to lift and eat clean my way to happiness, everyones different and it's amazing how people still can not grasp this concept of people. Don't judge someone for what makes them happy.

  • Leave the poor guy alone with the food the guy has a purpose and objectives its his business ! But i wonder what food he think's work for bulking up a bit when you are skinny as hell

  • @Ectomorph1981 Check out his website...davepulse. You can contact him there.

  • hedoesnt eat healthy fats wtf?

  • @bokylol actually from those 6 foods he eats he can actually gain all vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids he needs to repair his body, build new cells and keep a healthy immune system.

I follow this diet closely and its really helped my results and energy levels..in particular a diet rich in brown rice and chicken(but I eat it with a sweet and sour sauce so I get a bit of flavour)

  • @bokylol he gets healthy fats from tuna and egg.

  • @malechauvinistxy eggs, ok.. tuna half gram per can o.O?

  • @malechauvinistxy and btw he doesnt get fats from eggs because he eats only egg whites
