@femmefataleartemis For the thickener ( sauce 2 ) you can replace corn starch by flour. But I am not sure if it works in the egg white marinade. If you are going to try please tell us now it came out.

I have a question..if we don't have corn starch...can we use flour for sauce 2 and the marinade for the shrimp instead? it looks delicious!
