Ya it was in the first one it was after Elizabeth said,"Please do this ,for me,as a wedding gift." in PoTC 1. They were talking. Watch it againa nd pay attention to that part and see if you can see it. Listen to what they are saying also i love that scene.

Wow it's brill! To be honest i think the jonas brothers are ok but not brill, but ur right the song does fit perfectly!And plus it's Norribeth so i love it!
