Really? She's just waiting for the lyrics to begin, patting her thigh to keep tempo. That's okay for informal acoustic, but never for an actual performance. Where's the dancing? Or staring down / playing games with the camera? She needs work on the intro stage presence, which I've already mentioned on my review of 'Won't Be Fooled Again'.
What do you deem 'good stage presence', out of curiosity? (Not to seem snarky; I ask genuinely -- with a hint of smart-aleckness, I suppose.) ;)

For the standards of a, I'm guessing 16 year old teenager? She's keeping eye contact with the audience, acting and moving to the music. Compared to the stolid, unemotional and often shy performances I've seen from this age group in front of a large live audience, I think she did fine. ;)
It depends what you'd define "good" and "great", I guess. I wouldn't expect an "amazing" stage presence from a teenager. Nevertheless, I respect you for your constructive criticism ;)
