The rider may be happy, but this is absurd to see people having races without the riders having to wear proper gear. He isn't even wearing a back and neck guard. He wouldn't have being doing more than 100kmp/h.

In motor gp, the riders crash at 250kmp/h and walk off right away. Its a shame to see races held without the proper regulations, this rider should've been able to get on the bike and continue the race if he was wearing proper gear.

Racing clubs of Colombo, this is a shame
