dude i saw him perform this song only recently (so what, he's in his 60s now), coz he's doing some tour with frankie j holden & 2 other people.
awesome performance! he made the whole crowd get up & join in & there was 1 bit where it was just him & the drummer & he just sung "kaaa-haay-haay" over & over with the crowd echoing. gave me goosebumps!
@lisacalford Normie actually rode my pushbike at our home , my cousin is Tony Worsley and he and Normie used to tour together and they visted us at our home at Norman Park in Brisbane .
@hondared250 How cool! :) That must have been long after he dated my Mum, he grew up in Northcote Vic and was a client of my Grandfathers tailor shop. Thats how they met. I tell her she should have married him and he would be my Dad! LOL
