I am an American,and I would hav to agree that the UK version is 10x better. But I watch both because I love watching Ramsay turn everything around. The UK version is better because there are no annoying "beeps" and you get to hear Gordon runup a blue streak. Also Gordon is the narrator, not some big faceless announcer voice, and they use lots of different music, not just the samefew soundbites. Also they don't reveal so much going back and forth from commercial break.
