@WorthLosing Movements are far superior to holds for strength building and muscle building. i can do the full planche hold with strait arms, but they dont make the cut for being in my training. Planche pushups from different body angles is a better way to cover more ranges of motion and different muscles.
@Dem0nicPanda Yaa the setup is pretty cool! Atleast you got the stuff you need to do the exercises. :) Kitchen chairs are great for dips and starting out planche stuff on them.
@HomeGymFitness Theres nothing in the pvc pipes. Thats my second pair and got the sizing perfect on them now. i made them out of 1.5 inch pvc pipe. 2 feet in length for the top horizontal pieces. Also if u make them u want to use pressure fittings instead of drainage fittings... the difference is there will be a deeper make in for the pipe to go in.

planche push up can be performed in a lot of different ways, so the can't be used for a "universal" strengh test.
