Ah man, and here I thought it was little green guys looking to get their viking donut on at Sluy's bakery.

That was the International Space Station. It passes over many times a day. It leaves the sunlight, passes into the dark, but its still flying along but is out of the sunlight so you can not see it. Check out a website called issnow (Google it) Enjoy, amaze your friends. When you know its going to be there, you can really play with people who are unaware. :) If you have a scanner radio, you can sometimes hear the crew.
