Just get rid of that 64bit OS!

With my I7 920 @ 3.00 GHZ , 3Gigs 2000 MHZ ram and ATI 4770 in winXP 32bits, warrock runs at 140 FPS with drops to 80 FPS. I dont use onboard audio as you do.

You're lucky. I rarely get over 80 FPS in cqc. 8 player rooms. and the flying. It doesn't look like lag. but i guess it's because I'm used to it

I haven't bothered to do any sort of analysis on this frame rate bullshit plagueing warrock but I definitely agree with your conclusion of "exceed certain threshold of players in room - > crap load of frame rate drop".

Many times I have had recording on while playing wr and the fps would stay rock solid at the value I set it but as soon as it gets to around 8v8 situation, say hello to ~20 fps and total unplayability.

Yeah, I have had lag as well. I can play Bad Company 2 with no lag.
