Well these are called reflections of sunlight. Even the building is reflecting along its top edges (freeze frame at 1:27) so just imagine what glass can do. Not much of a mystery but worth a look. Keep at it :D
It seems these objects have been photographed in many countries and mostly in pairs, Jaime Maussan has the same objects in an earlier film seeming to stick together as if in a magnetic dance. UN dates contact in 2013.

You can see the sun is shinning on that side of the building and there is some dimmer glare off other parts of the building. Go ahead give me a thumbs down for telling it like it is.
Hi Eve I might be worth you going back to the location at the same time again, or if possible at several intervals to see if the lights show up again, this way you can verify any possible camera error or objects along the roof line, such as solar panels, etc. it would make a good study and help with any questions people might pose as a result of the posting. XXXX

You see how them camera distorts simple everyday lights on a building, does it not register with you that the same camera distortions occur to the to the planes, stars and birds you film, but you see them as UFO's.
That is so lame. Camera distortion. HAHA. Honestly I think some need eyeglasses and a lesson on how the normal environment looks. They are all along the roof edges of the building too. See them?
So you dont see the the black and muliticoloured pixilations outlining the edges of the lights? And your saying there are lights all along the edges? Your saying I need glasses?
that is not sun flares cuz it is rotating.. it was moving.
