Matt Hamill is a awesome guy...He lives about 20 Minutes from me in upstate NY. I work at lowes and have delivered wood to his house numerous times. He's currently building a home gym to train with. He puts my friend in a headlock all the time when he comes in to lowes and asks him to break out of it..and he never does..lol.. He is a real cool guy though.
