SHe's not the first of her kind... well in Ape Escape she is but she's pretty much an A.I. program put to a form of a 3D object that acts, looks and animates like a girl... and she appears to have a VERY VERY VERY good voice synthesizer.. that may be way beyond voice syntsh we have now.

I think Casi's intermissions are her screensavers. She is a computer program after all, this is what she does when nobody's at the computer.

It has something to do with relancteus power. It does have something to do with the monkey net and stun club, and possibly the item that u shoot with with dat slingshot.
