@ViCiAdUuU if you are downloading Korean server, sure cant cause they only allow korean citizen to access the game. IF you want you can try hongkong or taiwan server, although they are in chinese (this game dont have english version) but if you have google tool bar to do the translation for you, its easy to register. And its easy to start and play the game even tho you dont understand chinese (I dont know chinese too) so give it a try ^^
