This song utilises many samples from the emminent psychiatrist and adventurer Dr. Charles Follen McKim Maloneys recorded therapy sessions, his voice can be heard as well as some of his patients. Dr Maloney pioneered frontier psychiatry in the far north of Cape York Australia. The boy that he keeps mentioning needs therapy is said to have been a young Tom Cruise!
