That's easy. Just look around this website for the many videos showing cops being assaulted or killed during traffic stops. Approaching the scene of a trafffic stop from separate vehicle on a dark roadway at night is not a wise idea. Responding to the officer's instructions in that situation with "fuck off" is even worse. Trying to push past the officer while doing so will very quickly escalate the situation into an arrest.

Cops have been killed before in situtations like the one in the video, he was obviously aggressive and if it was not a cop, it would have been some regular joe that the guy could have attacked. The guy literally drove toward the cop and got out to do who know what. Thailand is not the USA, and how can we be for certain he came to argue?

Law . an unlawful physical attack upon another; an attempt or offer to do violence to another, with or without battery, as by holding a stone or club in a threatening manner.
Those are the definitions of assault smart one.

@DorkVader26 You are mental, and I mean mental. He pulls this woman over for a stop sign violation not a date. This cop is on Vtape and actions and words are being recorded for the satisfaction of all involved. What you are doing is listening to this anti-American emcee of the tape and being persuaded to believe something that isn't true. YOU ARE EASILY DUPED. This officer follows protocol to the letter. Don't get out on a cop.
