The reason why they made the snake regurgitate the tapir is to save the snakes life. A prey as big as that MAY fit into his body, but it would cause health problems for the snake during the digestive process. Like choking on a piece of meat you thought was okay to swallow but turned out to be too big and you just can't get it out.

Agreed, this is definitely an Anaconda, and that is definitely not a hippo. It probably is a capybara. The feet of the capybara and the hippo are very similar, webbed with 4 toes. BUT, the capybara has longer, more flexible toes. The toes in the video are definitely not a stubby as a hippo's.
