@s11gib he's a photographer. (his character) and what he does most likely on a weekly basis is sit at this shop and look for tourists who are taking family photos and he goes up they ask him to take their picture and then he runs off with the camera knowing that the father will chase him. That's his style of photography and he hires the men with paper, water buckets and the girls to help him out. Which is why you saw the one girl laughing when they ran by. Hope this cleared things up.

@baozeng As you can see... Three different guys appears chasing the main character. So the main character is an artist right? A photographer, to be specific. So the video shows that when he steals a camera from someone, he knows that the person will start chasing him to try to get the camera back, but while the person chase's him, he starts shooting some photos of the person. So for the photographer, doing this is art and makes him popular! :D

Cause he's an artist, so when he finds someone in the street with a camera, he kind of steals it and he knows that the person will chase him and he starts taking photos while running! Very creative! :D

It's a great original idea!

However, it lacks believability. Yes, it's believable for a snatch robber to risk life, limbs and going to jail to do that, but for a professional photographer to do such a stupid thing, it's absolutely not credible.

I like the incredible twist at the end though - nobody will ever guess it.
