    Im 19 and really skinny. I want to have bigger shoulder muscles no matter what I have to do. I have started eating alot and alot everyday, I Drink 2 leters of water pday. Iam searching day and night for food that makes my bones stronger and helps for my muscles too. can someone tell me homany times a day I should do shoulder exercises and what kind of exercises?? what to start with and how to build it up?? what to eat in the morning and what helps the most? HELP PLZZZ

  • @bakisbak what u need is to train the traps front side and rear deltoids. Message me if u want the program i got it from arnolds book the encyclopedia of bodybuilding and it kicks some major ass!

  • @bakisbak Just be patient your muscles won't be big straight away. Just focus of getting stronger at all the shoulder exercises. Size comes with strength. So if you get stronger you will get bigger. Eat as much protein as you can, but don't eat more than 25g an hour, your body will reject any more than this amount.

  • @Dii4I3Lo Maybe you need to lower your back more so that it's not so much of a vertical workout. Then focus on using your shoulders.

  • @Devega33 lol, take it easy man, make a routine , do wah you can per day , n keep doing it for a week , then increase it, do more every weeks n u will get used to it ,, take a day to rest , n dont do the same type of exercise every day .

  • This is a good one... I also like to do these reverse flies on an incline bench - 45 degrees, and 30 degrees, to shift some of the work load to my traps and upper back. the bench alleviates stress on the lower back as you get up into heavier weights...

  • @bwanabass ya but if your doing this for rear delts only there should be no heavy weights because they cant lift heavy weights that would mean your back and biceps would be doing all the work anyways

  • @MrRanger1987 I'm talking about a variation on the exercise that activates the upper back and traps as well as the rear delt. And when I'm saying heavy, I don't mean *super* heavy, just slightly heavier than you might do on this isolation exercise, in order to challenge the muscle groups added to the mix.

  • @ugoezy Yup you're exactly right. The Reverse flies on the incline will work some rear delts, some upper back and some traps too. The range of motion and the amount of squeeze at the top of the movement (rep) determines how much upper back and trap activation there is. If you focus on it, and squeeze at the top, you'll feel it there as well as in the rear delts on the upward and downward parts of the rep. It's really just a matter of *where* you want the effort made.
