For some reason I really like this stage music and I really like Eagle. Strange how it seems that often times characters from fighting games are inspired by real people, I think it's cool that this character is kind of like a tribute to the dude from Fist of Fury, but with a small dash of his own brittish originality thrown in there. This is also one of the more win themes from this game btw.

Out of all the SF1 characters to come into a later Capcom fighting game I think Eagle was the least changed design-wise.

Adon = new hair and headband

Sagat = no pupils and got a scar

Birdie = total race change (lol, sick? Oh, Capcom...)

Gen = longer beard

Ryu = gets 3 different hair colors throughout the series and ditches the red slippers

Ken = not really sure

Eagle = nothing

Ryu's red headband is actually the ribbon that Ken used to tie his hair in a ponytail, in Street Fighter Zero.

He gave it to Ryu to bind up a head wound received during a sparring match, between the two, according to Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie.

Well Ken is less angry that's it and his hair got shorter. Sagat still looks the same to me at least and Retsu in the Alpha drawings look the same.
