If you think of railing against your government for not doing what you feel is right could be patriotic then there are some raps that fit the definition. 2 Live Crew was against music censorship and had at least track expressing that position (Banned in the USA). There was also a rap supporting Ron Paul, which can find here on youtube easily enough. :)
