You need more head movement and your hands are too low. That's why you started eating hits around 2:31. I understand you can't block everything but the guy you were training with throws highly telegraphed punches with no feints and keeps his right down after every right handed punch. Move more in the pocket. Just because you move in the pocked does not mean your hands should be down. Keep up the work.
@UptownAsh thanks for the tips, you are right my hands are a bit low. Ive put in a lot of work since then and continue to do so.The guy in the white shirt is now 3-0 with 3 KO's in c class thai so has improved also.
lil bro sum constructive criticism. you have no root in your back foot therefore no power. if you re-watch your video you tend to lift your back foot up when you hit with your right which leaves you both over extended and off balance n there fore you cannot switch direction. you do it almost every time in the video because your flat footed. imho- drill pivoting (boxing) 101, because if you wnna play this type of format, you need to be like a cat spring, switching mis-directing, n fast.
@haumana2000 thanks for the constructive criticism ,you are right I will watch that back foot and work on my pivoting. Thanks for taking the time to watch and help
I would beat them both up they just look really stupid trying to do 52
