  • your just too sexy. makes me want to foorget how to tint just to come to u. haha

  • That's not a sandwich?

  • Very nice! You make it look easy

  • I guess you professional tint to make it shrink like that??

  • You make it look so easy. But isn't the vinyl supposed to be installed on the inside?

  • @simonsezwhat1 "But isn't the vinyl supposed to be installed on the inside?"

I think the job is not finished.... after shrinking, modeling and cutting (on the outside), you take off the plastic and installed on the inside

but I not a professional.... I'm not sure

  • damn.... nice

  • How much for a tint job on a 350z? I am in Houston, my window motor failed so it started tearing up my tint by going up and down sporadically.

  • thanks for this video, you did a real good job! it was very helpful...thanks to you now i understand how to do this on my car, sorry for my english :-)

  • HELLO, I AM HERE IN RIO DE JANEIRO - BRAZIL, AND SOME OF MY PROFESSIONS IS ALSO THE ACTIVITY OF APPLYING PROTECTIVE FILM SOLAR. IN FACT I DO NOT KNOW HOW IT IS CALLED IN THEIR LAND, AND APPLY IN CARS HOMES, SHOPS, OFFICES AND OTHERS. I like his technique, but I thought a little more work, BECAUSE THE TIME TO CUT AND MODEL A FILM ON GLASS, ONE WAY TO DO MORE QUICK AND EASY WELL, IF YOU WANT TO KNOW ME SEND AN EMAIL: SERGIO.LUSELUSE @ HOTMAIL.COM

  • wouldnt it just be easier to to the glass out then put the tint on it then put the glass back on that car

  • Kinda sexy... just sayin

  • Looks, pretty nice! I try to do it by my self, how can I view the inside part! Thanks

  • so later its the same teknik like with striptinting ?

  • Wow, great job - it look's fine. Myself is intersted on tint Rearwindows, so i find your Video, in this movie you placed the folia outside, the window, is this only the first step, or was the folia placed for evertime on the outside? On many Websites i've read it was placed on inside of the window, what's now right? Sincelly, Patrick.

  • its funny post people post comments before reading and usually within 10 seconds of a video.. haha

  • I was told by a tinter that it was impossible to tint the real window of my 99 A8 easily - is this true. Summin about headrests not being easily removable?

  • Sounds Like I-45 and IAH in the background.

    Mad props to the Texastintchick!

  • very good job,i work in mobile al,ive been tinting since 98,looks like we got some things in common lol :) what part of texas do you work?

  • @tintman78m North Houston

  • if you use first dryer sheets then a hard card to level out the tint it would help out alot

  • may i ask... any specific typr of gloves being used in the heatshrinking process regarding material...u make this look easy btw haha

  • great job you make it look so easy

ps i cant beleive those clowns thought you was gonna leave it on the outside lmao

  • Awesome job nothing hotter than a chick working on a car!! You are HOT!!!!

  • does it last long when you put the tint on the outside??

  • @TIBE5 read the motherfucking description

  • Doesn't the tint go on the inside to avoid damage to tint??

  • @sliksspik88 read the motherfucking description.

  • Awesome job! Thanks for sharing.

  • Nice job looks like it shrunk right down.

  • i recognize you from TD

  • How many watts is that heat gun?

  • @iPhoneAppReviewer 1500 Watts, temp 570-1000

  • is ther special tint for shrinking it with heat? ive tried this a few times with some ghetto walmart tint and it just burns . . . . . haha.

  • So wait, you put the tint on the outside? I thought tint went on the inside although it would be a lot of work on the back window. Pretty fast by the way!

  • @red1950stude tint goes on the inside gets shaped on the outside

  • I have to agree w other people, you are hot! Is suntek easier to shrink than llumar?

  • @typeonegsr Thanks lol. As far as ease of install I really think it is what you are used to using. I love Suntek but can install Llumar with no problem.

  • i cant dry shrink to save my ass. I do about 1 or 2 cars a month. seems like if i did more than that i would be able to get it down. Do you use dryer sheets, starch, nothing at all?

  • @badbowtie73 dryer sheets

  • I have never done one but I have never come across a car I couldn't tint.

  • @tintdaddy

What kinda tint do you use? I'm still trying to perfect my technique on the BG, sometimes i have a hard time in the corners on the camrys.

  • @typeonegsr Suntek Carbon mostly. we are also trying the new solargard galaxie films

  • can you do peugeon 307 universal back window ?

  • When do you cut out the section for the third brake light: before installing the tint or after?

  • @yngblkedu If you cut out the brake light do it before installation however most brake lights can be removed or with proper tools the tint can be slid behind the brake light,.There are only a handful that actually have to be trimmed around.

  • and question i wanted to get started in tinting but where do you buy the large sheets of tint at.

  • you should also never shrink form the middle to the side. the more difficult vehicles you might run into a prob

  • can you put the tint on the outside of the back window...

  • No it will not hold up.

  • @SuperJbro Dumbass.

  • On witch temperature you setup the dryer at shaping the foils

  • 350-450

  • I use a Dual temperature heatgun 570 and 1000 and shrink mostly on high

  • Can you use a hair dryer to shrink the tint also?

  • No a hair dryer will not get hot enough.

  • How do u fix a back piece if u have fingers that pop up horizontally on the glass? Eat do u do to make them vertical?

  • hi i tinted all my side windows on my car but having trouble with rear i used heat gun but it creest and went wrong so i tryed again but no go i dont wot going wrong i keep looking at your vids because wont to learn and do for living that only trouble i have is rear windows hope you can help plsss

  • can you please give me any tips on heat shrinking rear windshield tint with the big curves at the sides, like the older cars have? please i would apprieciate your answer, also is it true that you can only heat shrink in an up and down motion not side to side? thx

  • @eric31291 yes it is true but depends on which way you cut it out. tint has a grain in it like wood you have to cut against the grain. basically the way you roll the film out is the way the grain is. So the grain must be going side to side of the film. then when you shrink it must be shrunk going up and down against the grain. hope that helps you

  • nine good work lady

  • i can never shrink dried, i have to have it wet ,and i have tried it many times but failed

  • NO DISRESPECT, BUT THAT REAR SCREEN IS EASY TO HEAT SHRINK. DO YOU HAVE ANY VIDS WITH MORE DIFFICULT SCREENS LIKE GOLF Mk 5 OR VW BEATLE?

  • it would be sexy if she was naked :) putting tint on a car

  • I find it sexy that a girl is doing this...tnx

  • it would be SO much easier if it went on the outside!!!LOL

  • I can't find any tint that's more than 2 ft high to tint my corrolla. There is 4 inch area that would be uncovered.

  • YOU SHOULD TRY A PRODUCT CALLED GILA. THEY MAKE THE TINT IN 4" STRIPS. IT WOULD TAKE MULTIPLE STRIPS TO COMPLETE. i SAW THE VIDEO AND IT LOOKS WAY EASY. GOOD LUCK

  • @casreyrichardson2008 hey question where you see that video at..? i wanted to chech dat out myself

  • How come not too many vids of actually putting the tint on the inside. It must be hard trying not to get any fibers on the sticky side.

  • i love the way you work , this was the for me the tutorial video to get started with window tinting ! thx

  • question did you remove the backing off the tint before heat shrinking or not?

  • okay so from what i understand you can only shrink the tint vertically, does that mean i need to get a 60" wide roll for rear windows or can i use a 40" and run it across the car instead of up and down the car?/???

  • @Ambrosiation

40" roll will work fine.... it doesnt matter which way you roll the film onto the car(as long as the LINER IS UP) if not you will scratch tint but you have to make the H pattern with a squeegee and then shrink the parts inside the H

  • chick anything rules--you go girl!! ;)

  • i'm just wondering. y do you heat shrink it before putting it on the inside instead of just squeegy it all the way flat then cuttin n put it on?

  • @bugtussel123 try wrapping a piece of paper around a basketball. windows (generally) aren't flat

  • Hi everyone! I am incredibly honored at all the views my video has received recently. Thanks so much and please subscribe! More cool videos to come!

    Thanks, Veronica (TTC)

  • @tintdaddy i tried to tint my wife's sisters car i got the side windows good but were i heat shrunk it i got some creases in it could you tell step by step on what you do and look for when you heat shrink it

  • how do u know when they need shrinking

  • how the hell the film goes on the inside since i do believe its bigger on the outside.

  • I wished you would have continued and shown this being placed on the inside of the glass...

  • @brianmef Search my videos there is one with me applying on the inside!

  • Hey sexy, what kind of film do you use?

  • @TheKslav7120 LOL Suntek Carbon

  • I ordered the pre-cut film from ebay. will it be necessary to "heat shrink" it. and if yes, do i wet the film, place it on the outside, smooth it out, peel it, and stick it on the inside? is that the basic process? PLEASE REPLY.

  • @flyfly4u That is the basic process. Good luck to you! It is not near as easy as it looks!

  • @apects You will need a heat gun a hair fryer is not hot enough

  • the tint goes inside right? can you please tell me why did you heat shrink the tint on the outside? im planning to tint my car and it seem the rear piece is going to be hard. any tips?

  • @imupabove you heat shrink it on the out side, to get the shap of the window, then when you put it on the inside you spray window with lightly soapy water and fit it, pushing all the water out to the bottom and sides, as you take off the backing, spray the glues part so it does not stick together.... have fun...

  • Pls tell me.....Is it clear water or with any liquid ? You cut a shrink-wrap with a margin? Thx for answer.

  • @TheAndrju its tepped water with a small amount of washing up liqud,,,!

  • @TheAndrju It is water and soap. I am so sorry I am not sure I understand your question.

  • what is the temperature of the heat gun?

  • what kind of firm are you using?

  • what kinda tint are you using, and is there water up under the tint right when ur doing it?

  • @justinlf16 Suntek and no, it is called dry shrinking. Thanks for checking out our videos!

  • so the question is every time u do the rear tint u have to heat shrink it...? is it a special tint or for all...?

  • @110487110487 most back windows do need shrinking. Thanks for checking out our videos!

  • Is that a dry shrink? no moisture just the tint lying on the window?

  • At the beginning..was the window dry?

  • @georgeGTmods Yes! Thanks for checking out our videos!

  • how much does window tinting cost to get it done at a shop? for a 4dr honda

  • @domzalski002 It all depends on where you live!

  • @tintdaddy alrighttt thanks

  • @tintdaddy alrighttt thanks

  • some music in the background atleast??

  • @ajma9497 I will see what I can do LOL

  • Looks a little dark there V.:) Next time skip the wet check

  • LOL You are a funny guy And no thanks I like it to wet check :) Of course I only do it sometimes anyway!

  • What kind of gloves are you using?

  • Cheap ones from the dollar store.

  • What would happen if u didnt shrink the tint?

  • It would look like crap!

  • that was the un mistakable sound of a cummins diesel that drove by @ 1:30

  • LOL

  • Just curious as to what kind of operating temperature your using with the Milwaukee heat gun? I'm trying to decide if I need the 140*-1000* model, or the 500*-1000* model version. Thanks for posting these great videos!

  • 500* to 1000 will work fine.

  • Great videos! One question though. I'm looking to purchase a Milwaukee heat gun, is best to work with the Milwaukee Model HG with less heat ranging 140* to 1000*, or is okay to use the Milwaukee Model HG which uses between 500* to 1000*? Just curious as to which version you use and at what operating temperature is ideal for shrinking. Thanks in advance!

  • hey I was wondering what brand of film you are using?

  • Mostly Suntek carbon

  • good job.. but does it last??

  • Nothing last forever but I have had a tint job last up to 14 years that I know of, A good film should last 7-10 years on a car.

    (it goes on the inside)

  • oh aight. sound good. thanks. i'll do that this summer. n wat kind of film do u use??

  • I like the way you do it, cause it makes it more perfect are you a virgo(zodiac sign) or sumtin' coz you're a perfectionist doin' what you've been doin' good job.

  • Nope I am a Scorpio lol

  • i want to tint my peugeot 206 but i dont have heat gun?can i use only hair blower?im serious?coz i try it ones but it i fucked the film?

  • can u tint over windows that been tinted before

  • It is not a good idea. Best to take it to a pro and get an opinion.

  • hey can i hold the light for ya? ive tinted many windows in my day.. some turn out great and others i rip off when i get pissed... never had to heat shrink it.. i use a little trick i call tape hahah when ya get the fingers i get it nice and dry along the edge and put a lil piece of tape there till i can get it to stick.. ya it eventually peels up but i got a 60/60 guarantee on every tint job.. its 60 seconds or 60 miles whichever comes first. hahahah good work

  • that seriously took WAY too long to do!

  • nice nails ;)

  • What a funny comment and that you actually would notice. Ironically I normally do not have manicured nails but had a fund raising event to attend that week.

    TTC

  • @tintdaddy Could you recommend any tint shops further south in Houston than Humble?

  • @tintdaddy

hi, I would like to try to tint my car. Is there any way I can tint from the outside rather than inside? I realize it will not last as long but it seems much easier for me to do an outside tint job rather than inside, especially for rear window

    THanks!!

  • Ive been trying to do my 94 si quarter glass but it wont stop making fingers...but now I see why I need a heat gun....its the same as a paint heat gun right?

  • DAAMMM GIRL ! U KNOW UR BISSNES!

  • fabuloso lo hace tan simple

  • Great job!

  • Love the work girl From Fresno Cali. I own a Tint shop here and i love to see a girl tint, Only because here, girls are affraid to get there hand dirty let alone wet. Love it!!

  • oh yeah one more thing i havent seen any vids of any one wet shrinking door glass with the rainbow method .. but i was more curious on like yukon quarter windows how would u wet shrink them ive been doing it my own way but i suspect theres a better way

  • ive been tinting for a little over a month and its all dealership so im trying to do good quality but wow am i about to pull out my hair the main things im having problems with are creases on the edges from the vehicles that have larger seals that stick out more past the glass such as the 09 and up dodge trucks by the time i get the tint in the seal in the tops i have creases in the bottom shrinking is kicking my ass too! as well as contamination.. like felt off the ford seals any tips ?

  • So EZ this cave woman can do it

  • Hey I have seen you on TD. Its nice to see a hot chick tinting! LOL. Dont see many lady's that can tint.

actually your that second woman that I know in the usa that can tint, there is a woman name sam in sacramento ca. that is very good.

    kraving.

  • do you wet the glass before you lay the tint down to shrink it, or do you leave it dry?

  • Awesome Job! Thanks! Hope mine turns out this well... C4 Corvette! Yikes! I think i'm gonna remove the window to do it! Suggestions?

  • Good luck! That is not an easy car even for an experienced tinter.

  • She's pretty =] gonna buy some 5% this week

  • hi your video is much better tha others! but i still have a couple questions if you don't mind? 1. do you cut right to the edge of the glass or are you cutting so it fits into the black part around the edge? 2. when yo apply it to the inside do you open the trunk and apply it from the outside or do you go through the passenger side? thankyou very much for your help hope i can do it as good as you. oh yeah is silver reflex any hard to apply?

  • you want the tint to follow the black line around the glass ... theres no point covering glass that cant be seen through anyway and if its a hatch back its way easier to open the hatch and do it standing if reachable if not then gotta get in

  • is all tint heat shrinkable?

  • I believe so!

  • Hi, what brand of film are you using?

  • Suntek carbon

  • I am getting mine done this weekend but I dont understand why you are tinting the outside of the back window. Not trying to be a dick but I though you tint the inside so the tint cant get a hole in it. great video though

  • it eventually does go on the inside. it needs to be heat shrunk to the outside to fit the form of the window first.

  • she's molding it to the window from the outside. then she applies the molded tint to the inside

  • 5 ***** Video

How do you fix the bubbles that are on edges?

i heat gun them and they keep comming back.

im working on a rear window of a 93 civic.

has the wicked curved around sides.

    any hints?

  • Just let them dry on their own and then push them out. And practice practice practice!

  • somtimes i get the same problem what i usually do is wait a lil bit for the moisture to evaporate from undernieth the tint bubble then squeegie it should stay on the glass

  • Fortunately people do pay me to tint their cars... or I would starve LOL

  • how long did it take u to aquire this skill i have been trying to do this for too long and can never get it right is there a certain type of tint to use

    ?

  • To be honest it took years before I was a confident tinter. I have been tinting fulltime about 5 yrs and I tinted parttime for about 10 yrs before that. WOW 15 yrs LOL thats a long time!

  • how come u used the heat gun for the rear one and not the side windows...btw you are hot and u rock tinting lady...

  • Well thanks! I do heat shrink some side windows depends on the curve.

  • perfect, thankss

  • u should tint your windows inside, not outside. effect is different, and it want last long. In first couple of weeks u'll have bunch of scratches on the window...

  • dont be stupid dude, read before make a comment, she said that, INSIDEEEE

  • . Before you post a comment: Yes, the film goes on the inside!

  • hey im about to learn how to tint windows say i went down to auto zone do they sell good flim or where is the best place to get it and i was wondering where could i get some tinting tools? autozone or car places or is there a better place to. Thanks so much gave a 5 star rating

  • Thanks for the 5 stars! Any auto parts store seeld some tinting tools and film... good luck to you!

  • The film goes on the inside it is shaped and formed to outside before installation.

  • do i have to shrink it to put it on? and will it still look nice and last as long?

  • so which side gets heat guned the laminate or the actual tint?

  • You are heating the window film to mold it to the curved glass.
