@baneparkour How do you do that? Id really like to do that. I need to get fitter first but what advice would you give to some one who wants balance like that. What kinda things did you do in the beginning before you could do that?
@fightermma Well, I've been working on Planche for around 2 years or so now....so lots of work for me, i am progressing slowly. I started with static holds. frogstand for 60 seconds, then tuck planche for 60 seconds, then moved to advanced tuck and once I hit around 35 seconds single hold I started to try straddle planche. I recommend lots of stretcing too as better flexibility will help with the straddle position. I am relatively flexible, but could be much better!
@Maseconditioning Cheers man! I'm getting there! Can try with hands wider apart yes, though sometimes it's harder to balance with hands farther apart. Been a bit ill past few days so been giving training a miss to recover!
