They said that they were making adjustments for 93, but the reality is they didn't have the cash to keep those 3, along with Ewing,starks, mason,oakley etc.

The dunk at 1:30 was an offensive foul . You fall on a guy who is standing still in front of you , this is the specification of the offensive foul. Refs were licking stern's ass , especially with the case of mj , whatever his name is

I'll give the nod the 'Nique. It's hard to beat the level of creativity and body control he shows. Kemp was great and probably had better team success (not going to look it up), but when I see 'Nique dunk I think "where the hell did that come from?"

To be honest. If you like a guy jumping up and anticipating him coming down with a loud "BOOM"! Then your man is Shawn Kemp. If you like a lot of speed flying like a bat outta hell down the court and 360 twisting in mid air, and windmills then your man is Dominique Wilkins. I loved both. Do you think Lebron James could do those dunks in a game frequently or Kobe Bryant? I doubt it. Dominique and Shawn lived for dunking in games almost everytime, not that they didn't have a jumper. Loved 2 dunk!

this is why I say NIQUE is the greatest slam dunker of all time and I just thought about this..off all the games greatest dunkers, they start to lose their dunking ability and dunking prowess by the time they reach their early 30's.....NIQUE was damn near 40 years old and he was stilly dunking off of both feet, catching teh rock in the air and dunking, not only that, cats today when they dunk, they thrust the ball, NIQUE pulled down on the rim, leaving it shaking after his dunks..big difference

To those of you comparing these 2 great dunker to VC, there's no comparison. They had crazy facials but Vinsanity straight up jumped over 7 footers in his prime. He could windmill alley oops which is also unheard of. Furthermore, in the dunk contest VC did 4 dunks that were all original and worth scores of 50.
Vince is superior in every way when it comes to dunking. I dare you to challenge this.

To say that Nique didn't have more than his share of facials against some of the biggest players known to lace a pair of sneakers is laughable at best and downright incorrect at worst.
If any of the guys mentioned walked on a court during Nique's prime and wasn't in Hawk gear, he has a story of Nique posterizing him. I'll just leave it at that....

Kemp played better defense, but Nique had him in most other categories. I just felt sorry for him in 86-87 and 87-88. He avg 29 and 30 pts a game and still got beaten by Jordan at 37.1 and 35.

2) Dominique - flare, hip hop, creativity, but lack the authority Kemp through down with

i think some of yall forget that people didn't back off nique when he went up. most people got out of jordan and carter's way. which makes the dunk easier. granted jordan and carter did put facials on people but when nique was doing his dirt they played defense in the nba and few people went to the hole unscathed. there are no hard players like lambier, rambus that would make you pay.
