I saw that he uses XF-62 at the start...but what was the second color he used to brush on afterwards? Was it NATO green mixed with XF-62?

Either way, awesome video and makes me want to try and paint my model with a brush and not an airbrush.

the only bad thing about hand brushing is that you see the streek marks of the strikes of your paintbrush

For the hand painted version it looks like he uses hull red then olive drab then olive drab mixed with another color. Anyone know what that other color is?

That color is khaki.

at 0:52-0:59,the caption says "tamiya acrylic color/olive drab+khaki+acrylic thinner".He exactly uses nato green for airbrshing as you say ,but he doesn't use it for hand painted version.
