I just posted elsewhere about Blazes' inability to sing any of the Bruce era songs, but lets face it, who could? He nailed this one like a bastard though and credit to him. The two albums he did with Maiden were interesting if not classics. Not his fault though, if someone offered me the job of singing for them I would jump at it so who could blame him?

I wonder how he'd get on with Run To The Hills? he never did it because of his vocals. and i'd like to see bruce doing all of blaze's stuff. he'd really suck at some of it. on Lord Of The Flies bruce can't capture the energy that blaze had on that piece

Maiden did some of thier best stuff with blaze, whos a great singer. Its unfortunate for blaze who he had to replace though, his vocal style wasnt suited for bruces songs so maiden fanboys despise him.

Blaze is great, love him, love this performance.

And if anyone has a full version of Sign of the cross xith blaze on vocals, please post it.

My thoughts exactly. He's a little bit flat at times on this, but that happens to a lot of singers live. Still, Blayze sang his ass of for Maiden. If these SO-CALLED Maiden fans think Blayze sucks so much, Instead of bashing him, they should bash Steve Harris for inviting him into the band. Blayze was Steve's choice to replace Bruce.

Man on the Edge is probably, apart from Futureal Blaze's best. I know there are loads more but Futureal and Man on the Edge are his classics.

I must agree with that but he did the Di'Anno stuff really well. it's really hard for any singer to do Bruce's stuff because f his vocal range. Blaze did The Evil That Men Do mega fantastic though

I saw that 1. I thought he did that quite well. He struggled to get some of the higher notes but he did quite well. You should see him try it when he was on the X Factour. when he was on that Virtual XI tour he kept doing this stupid thing with his voice
