@chamblizi i used a jack on the tranny to lower it. i had to pull the carpet back in the cab and undo the floor pan to get to the top bolts to the tranny. it took two people and about a weekends worth of work to get it out.
@chamblizi well yours must to use to be a manual i don't have a floor plate i heard those trannys well the orginal ones un updated are not worth 2 shits... because there the first to be created in the 89 F-250 E40D was first used in 89 all the way to 97 but the first ones where mad had horrible lag and needed updates if your looking for a new transmission fully up to date with all the stuff you need brand new go to Transdepot . net
That's a AOD not a E4OD and any one wanting to do this, my advice to stand the trans on its end "bell housing up" before you pull that pump.
