The tracing, tosses, slides an glides, and flow bad ass. I'm a fan like elbow switch thing. Very entertaning vid bro, I got a few myself but not to that level, an with a web cam I dnt have room to film all my movements so they kinda suck. But u my friend u got it.

Although I have never used four sticks, this helps me a lot. A lot of times when I do tosses I end up with both sticks in one hand. This really helps me with possibilities of what to do and also a slick way to hand them off.
