guys how do you make audio work in after effects?

I rarely use audio in after effects, the audio was added later when I put it all together in premier pro (or whatever software you use)

Yes it was from the SFX pack, I can't remember the actual name of the file though, although it was definately something with "water" in it.

Not sure about AVI, but what I do is change lossless to Quicktime (animation). Then if you want to change it to anything else use a different program like Adobe Premier Pro for final editing and converting to AVI etc.
