But i did enjoy the bloodsport reference. Board no hit back. I saw your videos and i liked them. They are no different than what we do only slower. Thank you for your opinion and your comment. However breaking bones is only one of the things ive learned as well. That is not the true reason one takes the art. But best of luck to you n your training. God bless
@mmcmanusful first off before disrespect happens maybe a few things should be considered: a) the video was a few pieces of my test. Strictly for enjoyment. B) breaking boards and concrete doesnt take away anything from the art. Its a challenge put forth to mentally and physically overcome. C) i will never disrespect another martial arts school as they are all unique and if you value the teachings and art then you would have the same respect. Say what youd like but it only shows ur character
@akhanian it was a surprise by our sensei as a challenge break. I was nervous but also excited about the challenge. I was in the mind set that i was either going thru it or i would be laying next to it. You just gotta take chances and trust in yourself
@jakl1204 I dont mean to break any bubbles here but Katas and breaking boards are NOT what we do in Hapkido. Any one who teaches this is obviously not well versed in Hapkido. First of all, boards don't fight back. And Kata (or dancing) is not sparring, which means....? You are wasting your time and money. Try looking at a black belt test from "Bong Soo Han" or "Kim's Hapkido" both in Calif.
@TheCrazyTman Yes i do recommend Hapkido and it is an excellent art for self defense. It trains your body to react at the right time, and mentally prepares you to handle just about anything that is thrown your way. I have learned alot of things and most of all i have learned where my weakness were and how to overcome them.. I would recommend Hapkido to anyone looking for a challenge..

@str8sm0ke Be patient i thought it would never get here but when it did!! Whew!! I found the point that i was pushed to my limit and after the blood, sweat, and many injuries later lol.. I could say i earned my belt.. Good luck and keep me posted on progress.. At all possible post some videos of your journey.. God bless and Merry Christmas!!

how did you train your head to break concrete!? o.O did you just keep hitting concrete until the bone hardened?
akhanian 1 week ago
@akhanian We just break bones. Want an example? I promise I'll back off right before the break.
