So in the future, its possible for people to read others minds wherever they are...I'm sure once they have developed a reliable device, they would make it smaller and smaller til its portable...Bank account passwords, home addresses, phone numbers national secrets...I cant even imagine what is gonna happen..it is great technology and all that but..Somebody is gonna take advantage of it.. big time.

I am not so sure of the common sense and prudence of some of the proposed uses for brain-reading tech. For instance- instead of investing on a device to help the mute communicate via phone and having to carry a loudpeaker for ordinary speech, it would be more prudent and dignifying to invest in tech which replaces the damaged vocal chords with their new mechanical/biological counterpart.
