This is wonderful, I have been doing EFT for a year, and it has helped with so many things, but the breathing has been a challenge. But THIS video, I went from a 3 to 10, and noticed a huge release as soon as I tapped below the breast, and I can BREATHE! YIPPEE!! Thanks so much Rebecca, (((HUGS))))

I did it along with the vid - it improved my lung capacity. Although, Gary Craig never tapped in the positive, said it never worked for him.
