Nobody really knows about TLE, none of my friends who are HUGE Lost fans have any idea about it for the most part. This video is going to blow their minds. It pretty much explains the reason for the island. I hope they play the video in its entirety during S3.

It doesn't explain the island, just why the DHARMA Initiative is there. Of course, we haven't been shown that The Others are actually DHARMA members, either current or former. The giant foot obviously shows that DHARMA isn't the do-all end-all of everything Lost anyways.

but from when.. 1981? (the copyright for the first video)? .. if that's true.. then the incident happened in 1985ish (according to the blastdoor map).. which would be around that time, revealing the equation is false. but, i do agree the numbers are the result somehow.
