It's always risky having sex in and around the office - but - when you do the first rule is always have sex with a married woman. They will kiss but seldom tell. Everyone assumes that David initiated these sexual incidents. It's entirely possible that the women did. I certainly don't know if CBS has a 'no fraternization' policy. Do you know? Baring that they do, then it's entirely possible that he really actually did nothing wrong. I'm just a fan of supporting the policy of "innocent until proven guilty." As for "core principles"... that's personal. You're certainly entitled to yours, but to assume that everyone shares them with you is folly.

Although I applaud your eloquent vocabulary and command of the English language.... which is FAR above 97.3% of the usual YouTube videos, I must simply point out the sheer number of assumptions and leaps you (and most people) have made. First, at no point has it been said WHEN these 'affairs' happened. He's had a staff a lot longer than he's had a wife. Secondly, there has been no mention whatsoever that David pressured these women or used any quid pro quo tactics.
