  • Great job man. We just uploaded a short film we made over the summer. Take a look, its on my channel. its called Prey, keep up the good work

    !

  • interesting! ;)

  • nice film

  • ok? nice

  • nice film! keep uploading:)

  • Nice video .. keep going ! :)

  • do an action short like santa claus getting held up by the police or a paintball version of the mw breach and clear

  • Is the abruptness of the end meant to symbolize how he feels because of her choice?

  • Audio, camera stabilization, operator movements, color correction, focus this is staff you need to work, anyway it's not bad at all.

  • @WideWildCinema Thank you for the constructive criticism :) It was a one man crew so I was a bit overwhelmed. I'll know better for my second film though!

  • This what you need to work with:

  • Check your focus on some of the parts and try to avoid pointing the mic at the leaves if at all possible. Other than that pretty good.

  • @phatstud55 Thanks for the constructive criticism :) I appreciate it!

  • @FotoShopped No problem my friend. Thanks for posting on my channel otherwise I probably wouldn't have found your channel. Keep up the good work. You are definitely a talented film maker.

  • @jman321321 Haha, nope! It's a bookbag!

  • @sgtsparky45 :)

  • Nice work! I had issues with your audio though. Other than that and some stabilization problems, very nice work.

  • @sethflix Me too, I should've used a better mic! Thanks for the comment!

  • This is such a cute short film! I wish it was longer hahaha so I can know what happened. But excellent job! Also, I kind of liked the shaking shots, it made me feel like I was part of the movie...but to each his/her own :3

  • @NerdyGirl92 Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it! :)

  • WOW great job I really enjoyed it

  • @daveofnhspeaks Thanks Dave!

  • Damn. I understand. I thought Vegas would have stabilized it more.Maybe try making it a spit or PIP screen, with one being the same as you had and the other in a bit SLOW MO to add depth and variance to the single take. Regardless I appreciate your reply and openness to my comment. A class act my friend. Rock on or we'll hurt 'cha bad..lol...:-)

  • Awesome job Kevin, really professional haha :D

  • @TylerRBack Thanks Tyler! :D

  • You can buy anti shake software for AFTER the shoot...I also don't understand the premise. Also is that her sitting on the ground way back in the last frames? Great lighting. Overcast days are GREAT for shooting. High quality final looks great.

  • @101AOK I tried using multiple softwares (IE Mocha, BouJou, Sony Vegas' in program stabilizer) but the rolling shutter made it become terrible, so I left the original shots. As I put in the description, it was an amateur short film and one of my mistakes was not telling the story as well as I had planned out to :( and hahah, I realized that too, it kind of looks like her, but nope, it isn't! Thanks for the constructive criticism man! If you got any more, shoot it at me! :D

  • looks really good! You might want a stabilizer for the handheld shots, it looks blurry, but aside from that, a great film!

  • @Power1Productions1 Thanks for the kind comment! I wanted to use one for this, I just haven't gotten the money to purchase one recently. :(

  • @FotoShopped actually there is some cool free ways too stabilize Jerky footage :) can i ask what camera/s you use ? :)

  • @fanna1119 Canon EOS Rebel T2i

  • Pretty good man, I respect people who make short films because writing is a very hard part for me. You did a good job on this.

  • @beniboy89 Thanks Beniboy!

  • @FotoShopped No problem man:)

  • you need a windshield to shield your audio from the wind

  • @fatchoon I had one, but it was really poor! Thanks for watching!

  • Awesome man!!

  • What camera did you use for this?

  • @Agenthobit Canon EOS Rebel 550d/T2i, thanks for watching!
