Okay. This is my final opinion. FFXIII is a great game no matter what system you play it on. The graphics are different, but to tell which one is better I can not.

The differences are relatively obvious. 360 leaves out textures, has less shadowing, has lower quality textures, less AA, lower quality Audio, lower frame rate... I'm not saying it makes the game look terrible on the 360, it doesn't. The 360 version is no where near the level of polish of the PS3 though. Not even close.

btw they pretty much have almost identical graphics. Unless you freezeframe and very carefully look at Lightning's hair, you won't notice. They did a very good job porting this

graphics and my friend said it that they both looked identical in graphical terms and we even compared the loading times and the 360 version loaded a bit faster but only by 5 seconds and yes we timed the loading so we know . trust me I can tell you that both games look identical. no difference at all. the only difference about both versions is that the ps3 version is on 1 disk and the 360 version is on 3 disks but other then that they both are identical in every way

I actually have a 360 cuz it has a better game library IMO anyways. I was thinking bout getting 4 MGS4, Uncharted, and FFXIII but I wanted 2 wait until I saw a confirmed for FFXIII b4 I made a final decision now that FFXIII coming 2 the 360 that destroys the MAIN REASON I wanted a PS3. Besides the only good upcoming games 4 PS3 as of now is Resistance 2 and God of War 3.

Xbox 360 is getting Final Fantasy XIII a year after the PS3 version is completed so it can be ported.
Plus it's still PS3 exclusive in Japan, so Micro$oft won't be moving any consoles.
Square-Enix said that they'll "try to keep the 360 version as close to the PS3 version" as they can. Obviously, won't be as good.
And FINAL FANTASY VERSUS XIII is coded strictly for PS3 hardware. So that one's exclusive no matter what.

People like me who've had a 360 for years and don't have a PS3 are rejoicing that we don't have to go and buy a PS3 just for one game. Final Fantasy has always been a multi console game, back from the original's on Nintendo and Super Nintendo, to PS1, to PS2 to Gamecube, to PC, and Now PS3 and 360. Final Fantasy has, and always will, put a game on every console so that it can be enjoyed by everyone.

MS isn't crushing PS3. It's said that PS3 will have outsold 360 and Wii by the end of the year. PS3 did have a slow start but it's just starting to show its real colors. As for FFXIII, Versus is still a ps3 exclusive. That in itself means that the ps3 version will have content unavailable for other systems. But I could care less if they made VS a non-exclusive, anyone who owns a PS3 and a 360 that aren't small-minded children will most likely buy it for PS3.
