it works. u just gotta make sure u have an un-updated version. So u delete the updated version in your console's hard drive ( or wherever it is saved) and make sure u r playing offline. This way, you will have the original version, with all the bugs in it, including all the exp glitches such as this one. If you play it with the most updated version, this bug would have been fixed. Spamming it right now :P

Clear the cache to get this to work now - System Settings -> Memory -> Press Y on Harddrive -> Clear System Cache. Decline Fallout update and do this.

@Dilutedfurquewall well you could get the implant intelligence don't know if it works for this or not. but its intellect that effects that. and if it does and you have alot of caps about 4000 apiece as long as you don't go off after implanting in the chat you can get multiples of it. so as long you didn't give your character crap endurance as well, then you should be fine. don't know if it works implants of it might be like endurance effect on the drugs but its worth thinking on.

@Dilutedfurquewall you can sometimes get 17 or 18 skill points...... but the perk mostly gives you 15+ exp to a certain cathegory, for example ''guns'' or ''agility'' or ''luck'', this perk is called the Tag! perk, and can only be taken once..........(i dont think its worth it ;) )

the guy said he has only 16 per level shows he didn't do 10 int from that start. Why? Who knows? Maybe he thought "i'm a get me a int implant" not realizing that it doesn't work like Fallout 3's Bobble heads. Int implant isn't really needed when you figure there is a cap on how many you can take based on endurance. best to get 10 int enough endurance for an implant in everything except endurance and int and than plan your other Stats around the perks you want for your play style.
