I know of two Chinese places in Va. that got closed because of cat carcasses in the dumpster. So what? Sesame cat tastes just like sesame chicken. Same for General Tso's.

Every culture has their own idea of what is right and wrong to eat. Just because we here in the west find it unpalatable, that doesn't mean it's wrong. However, it is illegal to sell food without disclosing exactly what it is. And when it comes right down to it, humans are biologically vegetarians ... we don't need to eat flesh to survive. Try an all-plant diet ... you'll be surprised how good you feel, and how healthy you will be.
