You use the example of the Holy of Holies is only where the Holy Spirit could dwell, well when Christ was crucified the veil was rent top to bottom, there is now no divider between it. i definetly needed to hear this. i always knew, but just didnt really want to beleive. i think all of us has had a bad past, along with our family tree, so its time for ALL of us to break the curse, whatever residues was put on us, we must get off. i am saved, yet still struggle. we will always struggle with things, as Jesus said we will,but we have to keep Jesus first and foremost in our lives !

If you are struggling with a sin and one day totally repent of it for good, do you know if that drives that demon out also? Just by the act of repenting of that sin?
I would say you may still need to cast it out. It's weak against you since you're not feeding it. Look at when satan tempted Jesus. satan decided to wait for a more opportune time. Also, if it's a generational spirit, it could pass to your children if you don't get rid of it now. Sometimes, Jesus does deliver us from the spirit, but if you're unsure, it's wise to attack.

Man of God, never concern yourself with what is popular to others, nor whether or not they will belive you. Just continue to do what The Spirit of the LORD tells you to do. For ME, the Lord took me out of all this kind of teaching/charasmatic churches...He made it clear to me, when I went back to visit these churches. So, I don't even THINK about demons and all that. I just keep my focus on God/Jesus and don't even go into this realm. I have been so happy since. But, this is my opinion...I find alot of people in these churches do not have joy and are so paranoid with "a devil around every door knob" thinking. If they stub their toe, they feel Satan did it!!!

How could God not allow children born from illegitimate ways into the kingdom of Heaven? If children are deemed innocent and God cares for children, how can he turn his back and curse those children and their generations according to Deuteronomy 23:2 What about all of the illegitimate children that are Christians and are faithful to the Lord? It's not talking about Heaven. The word congregation is either talking about the Temple or an official office. It has nothing to do with keeping people out of heaven.

The sad part is the church will not touch on this subject which leaves people to reach out to other methods to get the answers which is the worst thing for them to do. i went to bed after watching this video yesterday rebuking demonic spirits some time dureing the morning i dreamed of climbing alot of steps trying to find shortcuts to the top but couldent find any once i reached the top there was a room i walked in and a demon jumped out at me scared me and we instantly started fighting it looked like a woman in a wedding dress but with nohead, headless i woke up in possesion shaking rebukeing it in Jesus name .... WAS very vivid i felt alot better today.

You need to define further what you mean in this vid. Are Christians who struggle w/ sin possessed by spirits?.. or are they oppressed by spirits? Big difference there. To think that evey Christian I know is walking around with demons in them is ludicrous to me. I firmly believe that darkness CANNOT dwell with light in a person who is saved. Yet the demonic can influence and oppress from the outside by God's allowance.
A truly saved person can be influenced by demonic spirits from the OUTSIDE, not the inside! To say that every sin we struggle against is a spirit INSIDE us is wrong... and only results in more fear and anxiety to those who believe such a thing. We struggle against our fleshly fallen nature, and if there be demonic influence upon it... it is from the outside, not the inside!

What happened to the flesh? I think you are not looking at the bible as a whole if you are teaching that and by using that verse in 1 Timothy I feel that you are off in trying to prove your point or at least further it by that verse.

I was baptised and saved but the day I found out about deliverence was a whole new area for me. I had prob as many demons come out of me as Mary magdelen.

i can testify that this is true, i have had deliverance and then saw a dark black cat in the form of a shadow outside my window at night, i knew it was what had come out of me as i have battled anorexia and OCD... more of this needs to be spoken of!
When man gets saved the spirit takes up residence in them, there the Lord resides. There can not be light and dark together. There can be people that are inflicted by demonic spirits but that doesnt make them living inside the person. Jesus walked in humanity too like us, but that didnt make unclean spirits in him everytime he had a belly ache does it. He was taunted by the enemy too. In Gethsamane he was tormented and even asked let this cup pass from me, was unclean spirits in him then?
I also would like to add: some advice. To not even bother delving into spiritual warfare teaching..been there/done that and as Joyce Meyers said waste of time!!! That is why I got OUT of charasmatic teaching...so overwhelming, "a devil around every doorknob" type teaching. I lost my JOY...I got it back when I came back to the Lord, just focusing on Him and not even THINKING about the whole demon mentality mess. If we accept Christ as our LORD and SAVIOR, the Holy Spirit comes and dwells within you, guiding and helping, but it's not that you can't be tempted or tried by GOD either, HE is going to sift you, put you thru the furnace maybe, it's GOD's Will that we be changed, tried and true to HIM. Again I am wary of people pushing a kind of new idea, becareful, trust in God's Word, read God's word for yourself, for it must come to your heart and help you to become Christ like, Born Again, made Anew.
One thing to remember, is Satan can tempt us, it's if we allow him to enter is another thing, it's not wrong to be tempted, Jesus was tempted, but he did not entertain that temptation nor allow satan in..I have a real concern about these ministies and people claiming to expel demons, just cause you may yawn or burp does not at all mean a demon just left you, parts of this are just not right, remember also, there is nothing new under the sun with God, He does not change, HE IS. Totally agree. Had something similar but not so intense happen. Had other strange happenings when I started study. Something was trying to stop/intimidate me. We all can(will?) have recurring instances (of course, we are only human). Happens a lot when we do good things or touch people. One way I stifled some of it - I vowed to find and do TWO good things when bothered. Just gotta do it and move on. Being consciously obsessed with demons or overthinking them can open yourself.
Thanks so much for this. It makes so much sense. We need to constantly be filled with the Spirit and thus not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. But if we do have a demon, can we still do that? Can we "deliver" ourself? I assume so. I know I need deliverance from things I struggle with over and over. How does PRAISE fit in to the equation? I just felt my spirit well up with praise and thankfulness to God and I was writing this because I know there is nothing more that He wants than to set us free.
You can do some "self-deliverance" but some of them are going to be more powerful. Depends what kinda problems you have. You should get Win Worley's booklet called "Warfare Prayers." It's only about $3. You can find it at AgapeBible * org.
Self-deliverance works for the smaller ones, but you'll need other believers and fasting for some of the more resistant ones.
I apologize right away for not having scripture in front of me. It's late and I'm tired, but felt I needed to ask this question. I remember reading in one of the prophetic books (I'm thinking either Jeremiah or Ezekiel) that God said a father's sin is his own and a son's sin is his own. The son will not be punished for his father's sin and vice versa. I'm paraphrasing here. My question is that if that is true, then how can we go back and still follow the generation thing from Exo and Deut?
The sin is placed on the individual, but there are curses that come down the family lines. The curses must be broken. Also, we know this to be true because the demons HAVE CONFESSED IT! There can be curses from witchcraft, murder, adultery, unforgiveness, the list goes on and on.

I did something similar at work one day. I was cleaning in the deli I work at, and I decided to cast the spirit of lust out. Turned out not to be lust, but I'm not sure what it was. Anyway, I decided to pray and get it out. I started rebuking it to myself, and it got really difficult to say the name of Jesus. My voice even changed briefly while praying, but after a few minutes, it was gone, and I was able to pray to Jesus unhindered. Wish I knew what the thing was.
Your right Andy sin does cause demons and Satan to come after you. That is why if we put on the full armor of God Satan and his demons will find your house empty and will leave but they will come back and try again. I have deal will Satan and his demons . You can find books on spiritual warfare and they will help you and show you what and how to deal with Satan. Thank you for the info. I'm struggling with the flesh, especially laziness and unforgiving. I'm always questioning "Why am I still this way? I should be a better person by now." I had a thought in the past that maybe evil spirits are implanting bad thoughts somehow. But I kept accepting that the Holy Spirit drives out all influence from satan without researching.
I guess that thought was correct. In order to win against the enemy, you need to study and know them so that you are prepared.
When Jesus cleared the temple of the moneychangers and animal-sellers, He showed great emotion and anger. the bible tells use to be angry but sin not. everyone gets angry even Jesus. so that means he was filled with a demon. I Think not. Jesus was fully man, so he would have been filled with a demon according to your theory. "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."

I was into egyptian paganism, and the day I accepted Jesus I couldn't be in my bedroom where I had my altars and stuff because it felt like something was chocking me, if you know what I mean... I threw all that stuff in the trash because I freaked out, honestly. I remember I cried the whole day and I really didn't know why I was crying, I just couldn't stop. This confirms to me that BEFORE you were saved you had a demon (s) but the day you were saved you were delivered. That is more Biblically accurate. As to Judas, Jesus said way before satan entered Judas, I chose you did I not, yet one of you is a devil. Also it wasn't until Jesus dipped the bread that satan entered him( Judas).

For ME, the Lord took me out of all this kind of teaching/charasmatic churches...He made it clear to me, when I went back to visit these churches. So, I don't even THINK about demons and all that. I just keep my focus on God/Jesus and don't even go into this realm. I have been so happy since. But, this is my opinion...I find alot of people in these churches do not have joy and are so paranoid with "a devil around every door knob" thinking. If they stub their toe, they feel Satan did it!!!

@ Kindredinspirit: you are correct and teaching the TRUE word of God. Christians face spiritual warfare, NOT demonic possession. I am glad some here are sticking to and teaching the truth. There is a big difference between possession and warfare. It is apparent from comments on here that the TRUTH needs to be taught from the real church on this matter, for those babes in Christ who do not have this understanding. God bless you

How could God not allow children born from illegitimate ways into the kingdom of Heaven? If children are deemed innocent and God cares for children, how can he turn his back and curse those children and their generations according to Deuteronomy 23:2 What about all of the illegitimate children that are Christians and are faithful to the Lord? Isn't that a horrible existance, knowing there is NO redemption for you? Any thoughts anyone?

It's not talking about Heaven. The word congregation is either talking about the Temple or an official office. It has nothing to do with keeping people out of heaven.

@Lorelle1020 For one, God has mercy on children all the time, and two the children who do suffer dont you think GOD, has mercy on them when they die? i believe he does. But i believe even children are in sin , and the bible does say theres an age of understanding, cause when your a child you really cant say you know the true diffierence between right and wrong. DONT COME UP WITH THE COP OUT IF GOD CARES, THEN WHY IS THERE SO MUCH SUFFERING, ITS CAUSE PEOPLE MAKE RETARDED DECISIONS.

The sad part is the church will not touch on this subject which leaves people to reach out to other methods to get the answers which is the worst thing for them to do. The church of today unfortunately become a place to network and tell you what you want to hear. I took many Theology classes to basically get a crash course in what had happened to me and when they got to the demon and angels section it was just touched on and did not go into any detail at all.

The gay lifestyle is obviously contrary to the natural design and the word of God. It's not worse than other sins because the wages for all sin is death. We all fall short of God's standards, but if we repent of our sins and trust Jesus, we will be saved. You will NOT be saved if u or anyone is living in willing rebellion to God's Word.

That's satan's goal with anyone. satan can't steal you out of Jesus' grasp if you are truly born again. But people can lose their salvation by WILLINGLY walking away from Jesus and His ways.
pray for strength against temptation. Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. Make sure Jesus is on the front burner, not the back.

i went to bed after watching this video yesterday rebuking demonic spirits some time dureing the morning i dreamed of climbing alot of steps trying to find shortcuts to the top but couldent find any once i reached the top there was a room i walked in and a demon jumped out at me scared me and we instantly started fighting it looked like a woman in a wedding dress but with nohead, headless i woke up in possesion shaking rebukeing it in Jesus name .... WAS very vivid i felt alot better today.

You need to define further what you mean in this vid. Are Christians who struggle w/ sin possessed by spirits?.. or are they oppressed by spirits? Big difference there. To think that evey Christian I know is walking around with demons in them is ludicrous to me. I firmly believe that darkness CANNOT dwell with light in a person who is saved. Yet the demonic can influence and oppress from the outside by God's allowance.

A truly saved person can be influenced by demonic spirits from the OUTSIDE, not the inside! To say that every sin we struggle against is a spirit INSIDE us is wrong... and only results in more fear and anxiety to those who believe such a thing. We struggle against our fleshly fallen nature, and if there be demonic influence upon it... it is from the outside, not the inside!

I didn't see the first part and only started watching this part, but correct me if I'm wrong, are you saying that everything we do that is sin is automatically a demon spirit? What happened to the flesh? I think you are not looking at the bible as a whole if you are teaching that and by using that verse in 1 Timothy I feel that you are off in trying to prove your point or at least further it by that verse.

no, not every issue is caused by the enemy, but many people deal with persistent problems with sin or torment and oppression. Anyway, you should at least watch the 1st part.

I was baptised and saved but the day I found out about deliverence was a whole new area for me. I had prob as many demons come out of me as Mary magdelen.
It took 2 days of hard prayer and fasting with a highly annoited deliverence minister.
Demons are nothing to play with. I used to love everything (wolf) and had a wolf sirit literally come out of me as well as many others.Please keep teaching this is so important! Tv is filled with demons of lust! Thank you for going over this!

When man gets saved the spirit takes up residence in them, there the Lord resides. There can not be light and dark together. There can be people that are inflicted by demonic spirits but that doesnt make them living inside the person. Jesus walked in humanity too like us, but that didnt make unclean spirits in him everytime he had a belly ache does it. He was taunted by the enemy too. In Gethsamane he was tormented and even asked let this cup pass from me, was unclean spirits in him then?

I also would like to add: some advice. To not even bother delving into spiritual warfare teaching..been there/done that and as Joyce Meyers said waste of time!!! That is why I got OUT of charasmatic teaching...so overwhelming, "a devil around every doorknob" type teaching. I lost my JOY...I got it back when I came back to the Lord, just focusing on Him and not even THINKING about the whole demon mentality mess. If I feel fear, I ask Jesus to remove it and he does..I don't think about demons.

some of these symptoms are not of a spirit, some are simply the bodies reaction to substances, and imbalances the body. Also did God not say that he no longer punishes the son for the fathers sin, each man is accountable for his own. Did Jesus not conquer the curses for us on the cross???? Think brother think!

Great vidio brother, when my dad was really sick he came into my mom's room and through down the bible. My mom swears she saw a black cloud surrounding him and it really put the fear of God into her.

If we accept Christ as our LORD and SAVIOR, the Holy Spirit comes and dwells within you, guiding and helping, but it's not that you can't be tempted or tried by GOD either, HE is going to sift you, put you thru the furnace maybe, it's GOD's Will that we be changed, tried and true to HIM. Again I am wary of people pushing a kind of new idea, becareful, trust in God's Word, read God's word for yourself, for it must come to your heart and help you to become Christ like, Born Again, made Anew.

One thing to remember, is Satan can tempt us, it's if we allow him to enter is another thing, it's not wrong to be tempted, Jesus was tempted, but he did not entertain that temptation nor allow satan in..I have a real concern about these ministies and people claiming to expel demons, just cause you may yawn or burp does not at all mean a demon just left you, parts of this are just not right, remember also, there is nothing new under the sun with God, He does not change, HE IS. ' I AM ' , God !!

Totally agree. Had something similar but not so intense happen. Had other strange happenings when I started study. Something was trying to stop/intimidate me. We all can(will?) have recurring instances (of course, we are only human). Happens a lot when we do good things or touch people. One way I stifled some of it - I vowed to find and do TWO good things when bothered. Just gotta do it and move on. Being consciously obsessed with demons or overthinking them can open yourself.

Thanks so much for this. It makes so much sense. We need to constantly be filled with the Spirit and thus not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. But if we do have a demon, can we still do that? Can we "deliver" ourself? I assume so. I know I need deliverance from things I struggle with over and over. How does PRAISE fit in to the equation? I just felt my spirit well up with praise and thankfulness to God and I was writing this because I know there is nothing more that He wants than to set us free.

You can do some "self-deliverance" but some of them are going to be more powerful. Depends what kinda problems you have. You should get Win Worley's booklet called "Warfare Prayers." It's only about $3. You can find it at AgapeBible * org.
Self-deliverance works for the smaller ones, but you'll need other believers and fasting for some of the more resistant ones.

I apologize right away for not having scripture in front of me. It's late and I'm tired, but felt I needed to ask this question. I remember reading in one of the prophetic books (I'm thinking either Jeremiah or Ezekiel) that God said a father's sin is his own and a son's sin is his own. The son will not be punished for his father's sin and vice versa. I'm paraphrasing here. My question is that if that is true, then how can we go back and still follow the generation thing from Exo and Deut?

The sin is placed on the individual, but there are curses that come down the family lines. The curses must be broken. Also, we know this to be true because the demons HAVE CONFESSED IT! There can be curses from witchcraft, murder, adultery, unforgiveness, the list goes on and on.

My husband and I recently had an experience with a demon with in him with sulfur smells and all and I had to be strong because I had been really getting into figuring out the Bible lately and I with the help of Yahshua and the all the Holy Angels got this demon to leave...actually our cat tipped us to what was going on.....Peace Out to ya

I did something similar at work one day. I was cleaning in the deli I work at, and I decided to cast the spirit of lust out. Turned out not to be lust, but I'm not sure what it was. Anyway, I decided to pray and get it out. I started rebuking it to myself, and it got really difficult to say the name of Jesus. My voice even changed briefly while praying, but after a few minutes, it was gone, and I was able to pray to Jesus unhindered. Wish I knew what the thing was.

Your right Andy sin does cause demons and Satan to come after you. That is why if we put on the full armor of God Satan and his demons will find your house empty and will leave but they will come back and try again. I have deal will Satan and his demons . You can find books on spiritual warfare and they will help you and show you what and how to deal with Satan. Jesus was tempted by Satan too.If you are being bother by Satan you will smell two smells one is a smell like a cow pie or cat urine

Thank you for the info. I'm struggling with the flesh, especially laziness and unforgiving. I'm always questioning "Why am I still this way? I should be a better person by now." I had a thought in the past that maybe evil spirits are implanting bad thoughts somehow. But I kept accepting that the Holy Spirit drives out all influence from satan without researching.
I guess that thought was correct. In order to win against the enemy, you need to study and know them so that you are prepared.

When Jesus cleared the temple of the moneychangers and animal-sellers, He showed great emotion and anger. the bible tells use to be angry but sin not. everyone gets angry even Jesus. so that means he was filled with a demon. I Think not. Jesus was fully man, so he would have been filled with a demon according to your theory. "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."

I was into egyptian paganism, and the day I accepted Jesus I couldn't be in my bedroom where I had my altars and stuff because it felt like something was chocking me, if you know what I mean... I threw all that stuff in the trash because I freaked out, honestly. I remember I cried the whole day and I really didn't know why I was crying, I just couldn't stop. Now I think I was being delivered. Thank you Jesus!

@ovejitasdejesus I am glad you shared this, I find it telling that you state the day you accepted Jesus, you cried all day, you felt you were being delievered. This confirms to me that BEFORE you were saved you had a demon (s) but the day you were saved you were delivered. That is more Biblically accurate. As to Judas, Jesus said way before satan entered Judas, I chose you did I not, yet one of you is a devil. Also it wasn't until Jesus dipped the bread that satan entered him( Judas).
