Why is tat piece mounted off center?

@atomak actually the piece is on centre. I think the angle of the video camera coupled with the drill following the grain a bit off centre makes the appearance seem off centre. On the other hand, I sometimes turn bowls in end grain with the piece off centre so as to give an interesting appearance to the natural rim.
